What great service from start to finish!!!…read more You know a company is great when I called yesterday at 1pm, and they were booked until next week. The lady told me she would call me if any spots open up. Within a couple of hours she phoned back and said someone just cancelled and we can fit you in. The Tech Dan was friendly and professional. He caught stains I didn't even notice! He has a great eye for detail which is soooo important with the accident that happened on my couch. He took his time to ensure it was done right. I don't usually write reviews but used Yelp for recommendations when choosing. I would highly recommend Dan and the Reliable Carpet & Upholstery team. I was impressed with this service.

From the moment I contacted the firm (it seems telephone is best), they were clear about prices and professional about timing. On the appointed day, the team telephoned to see whether they could arrive an hour earlier than the scheduled time -- a situation for which I was grateful. Once here, they took excellent care of my property, protecting the exposed hardwood floors, and were also transparently honest, talking me out of cleaning two side chairs that, truthfully, weren't at all dirty and would have required expensive dry cleaning to protect the designer fabric. Richard and his colleague took their time, working assiduously to clean the stair carpets.
