The deep red colours ran, the leather backing separated, the once beautiful rug ruined without the decency of a return phone call. There was no offer of compensation once it became clear that the rug could not be salvaged. I contacted Fresh and Clean many times in the past year, but still, no response from this shabby unprofessional. I will take legal action for compensation. Since we no longer live in Toronto, I am unable to have them recleaned by the company. The smaller rug was as dirty as it was before cleaning. This carpet had been in a bedroom that was not used often, so the dirt was just from slippers. The larger rug now has an orange-line stain (see picture). I'm surprised by all of the excellent reviews since both of my rugs were not cleaned properly. The rugs were picked up, cleaned, and returned in under two weeks and the delivery men were pleasant and efficient.
