I am actually shocked at the lack of professionalism presented. I had a great phone consultation with Justin, and was excited to move to the next step in our website re-building process. I set up an in person consultation so that I could show him the issues we have been having with the back end of our website. However, he failed to show up at our scheduled time. I called him to ask if he was on his way, to which he simply responded "I had it for tomorrow in my calendar." I told him to read the email where we agreed on the date, and he showed no sign of apology. I told him I would send him an email soon after the call to set up another appointment. He never responded to the email I sent. I am assuming he either does not care about doing business, or he believes we do not have the budget? Time and time again GreatLike Media failed to deliver and meet deadlines. As a local to Orange County I wanted to support the local business, however, GreatLike Media continued to prove themselves as a company that I could not trust. Realizing that projects could take longer than anticipated I remained patient for 6 months. Yet, the lack of professionalism was eye opening, and communication with them was limited. They failed to meet 6 deadlines that they themselves had set, and after the 7th time failing to meet a set deadline I realized I needed to move on with a different company. Worked with them on an app for a transportation company. They were really bad at it. Highly unprofessional and lied constantly. They farmed out the work to India and to an incompetent programmer in India as well. They took no responsibility and then asked me to remove my review from their site. Stating that the old guys had left. I gave them that chance. Old guys still on the site so, they are sill lying when it is convenient. Here's the scoop! I own a business in Costa Mesa and have been working with these guys for nearly 1 year. The first 8 months were ehhhh ok. Then the company sold to Justin and its been night and day. Justin is a rockstar and has done a great job setting up campaigns, understanding/researching what we do, refining, and working with us. We meet each month to go over progress and tweak things, we have gotten more leads and are spending less per lead due to all of the filtering. I would certainly recommend them. Greatlike Media is a horrible company that takes your money and runs! Not only did they promise to deliver within a timeframe, they took the money and management never calls you back. Harrison tried to step in and help, yet when the real majority owner Jon says, "Harrison is new and I know he shouldn't of said that, we can deliver," you know you have trouble! We have two more meetings wasted more of my staff, designing complete templates and then says it will cost 3 times more. Not only did they NOT design the website, give any advice, Jon bragged about how good he is and can do the work of 10 of his employees as he came from an office of 600 employees. I could go on with their issues, yet to this day hasn't returned my calls, emails and no website. He has the 50% retainer still.
