We did a substantial addition and remodel to our home, adding nearly 500sqft and redoing the kitchen and adding a new bathroom/closet to one of the bedrooms, while pushing out some of the exterior walls. We were very wary going into the project because of the scope and amount of changes to the existing house. I found GreatBuildz when I was searching for a reliable ADU contractor. Stephanie reached out and connected me with three contractors who all submitted bids on the project. I proceeded with one of the contractors to acquire the necessary drawings and permits, but decided to collect a few additional bids for the construction part of the project. We made the mistake of not going with Great Buildz initially, because I only found out about their incredible business once we started having problems with our original contractors.
