I wanted to address the $25 parking fee that other reviewers are saying they had to pay to park. Yes, this is true and does exist. But the reason the Mashantucket, CT location is so interesting is that you can park at one of the parking areas of the Foxwoods casino and just walk over and pay nothing at all for parking, because parking is free at Foxwoods. So if you really, really don't want to pay the parking fee, you can use this workaround. Now, my review centers around the indoor water park only, since that is the only thing that I paid to access.I noticed that Great Wolf charges less money for access to the water park if you go in the middle of the winter time, namely January and February. The prices during these months were significantly lower than compared to July. Also, Great Wolf seems to charge less money on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, compared to the other days of the week. So by going on a Tuesday in early february 2026 I was able to get full day access to the water park for only $40 before tax, which was very reasonable.I noticed on a Tuesday in early february 2026, around 11am, that there was enough people in the water park where I would say it was at 70% of maximum capacity, which surprised me for a mid-week day in the middle of winter. This means you will have to wait in the lines for rides, especially the water slides, which are the most fun attraction in my opinion. But I noticed around 5pm that enough people had left where it was around 40% capacity remaining. At this point the lines for the water slides were minimal, so you could go again almost as soon as you walked back up the stairs to the slide entrance.I will mention that Great Wolf did a great job with heating the air and water of the entire water park in the winter. When I first walked in, I noticed immediately how much warmer it was in the water park than compared to the rest of the hotel lobby, which makes sense. So they are paying attention to the outside temperature and adjusting accordingly.Let's talk about the wave pool. The waves are a little on the weak side, I could tell they optimized the wave pool for having mostly younger kids being in the water. Larger adults honestly would probably barely even notice the waves being present. I wish they would make the waves larger and more intense, but I understand younger kids may or may not be able to handle this.Lazy river was very fun, great experience. They also have a handicapped ramp for disabled people to get into the water which is very respectful. Plenty of tubes available.The water slides were the most entertaining part of the entire park, in my opinion. Of course there are going to be lines to wait for them, but this was only apparent earlier in the morning, once around 5pm rolled around, the lines were minimal or almost non-existent on some attempts.Now, two of the slides are a single rider body slide, so no tube required. These are fun. Another is a slide where a single rider is allowed with a tube, which they provide, and that was great too.But here is something to note. A few of the rides REQUIRE at least 2 riders, so if you don't have anyone with you to ride, you literally cannot go on that particular slide. I think this is a disingenuous decision by Great Wolf management, if you pay for a full day at the water park, you should be allowed to go on all the slides regardless of whatever superfluous rider quantity requirement they come up with. I asked one of the staff members, that if literally no one was in the line at the time, could I go on one of the multi-rider slides by myself, and they said no. Seems very unfortunate this is the case, no where in any of the documentation I could find, advertising the park, mentions that some slides require more than 1 rider on a multi-person tube to be allowed to go down that slide.One minor criticism that I have about the water slides is that the staff members wait too long to allow the next rider to go down. For example, the slide itself takes roughly 30 seconds to go down. Even if you doubled this amount of time to safely allow the finished rider to depart the end pipe area, that means the next rider should be allowed to go down the pipe exactly 1 minute after the previous rider has gone down. But that's not how they manage it, they usually wait an absurd 2-3 minutes for some reason before letting the next rider down. I don't know if it's some nonsensical, over-protective safety procedure or they are just not paying attention. But the lines for the water slides could have gone MUCH faster if people were allowed to go as soon as the previous rider got off the exit part. They literally have cameras installed for the staff members to watch on a screen when this happens, but they don't seem to actually use them as strictly as they should.Overall I had a great time, the concept of an indoor water park was very interesting, especially in the winter time, and Great Wolf did a reasonable job providing one. We have been to multiple locations and this one by far met our expectations! I am in wheelchair and the accessibility was easy for me than the other lodges we have been too . I requested an accessible room and it was ready by 1pm when we checked in . There was no handicap parking available and man out side said I would have to find somewhere to park and pay the $25 . I spoke to manager and he waived the fee and also allowed me front circle parking . Went right into a character meet&greet kids were happy . Room was nice and clean . Only downside was I thought I was getting kids cabin suite that also had pull out sofa bed but the chair/loveseat thing didn't fold out . So having two double bunk beds wasn't ideal for adults to sleep on them . Wish rooms had microwaves in them . The restaurants, the activities, and water park all on the one floor was super accommodating. We enjoyed all the show's & activities in lobby each night the older and younger kids (I guess the adults too ) can't wait to book again ! read more

We went on 12/31 (Wednesday) to Thursday with a two yo and 5 yo. Overall had a really fun time! We would love to go back annually Tips: -Check in on the app and use the kiosk. If you don't park in their parking lot, you'll get sent to the front desk and wait in line . We checked in, went to lunch at Foxwoods, and got a text while we were eating that the room was ready - use the app to chat with concierge for room service, house keeping etc. our pack n play was not available until 930pm so bring your own if that's too late - don't pay for breakfast buffet while booking bc they will try to make you pay twice and claim they don't see the package on your room number . Breakfast line gets very long at 9/930am and onwards - bring water shoes and warm coverups/robes for walking out of the water park . Water was very warm for us . No lines either. But it was a Wednesday - rooms were new and nice , didn't hear neighbors at all - not a lot of babies or toddlers in general, but there is a nice water splash area for that age group read more

Family fun time at GWL, but, it was very expensive. Stayed 2 nights at the Wolf Den suite. Lots of activities for kids and indoor water park was awesome. We purchased the PUP Pass and did mostly everything (magi quests, water slides, bowling, mini golf, zip line, build a bear). We also rented a poolside cabana, and it was worth it! Food and drinks delivered to us so we didn't have to run up to our room all day. Our service at the cabana was amazing! We had towels, water, fridge, tv, lounge chairs, and WiFi. Food was good, we ate at Fat Burger, Hungry Wolf Food Hall, and Fireside restaurant. We tried some shake and ice cream at Wood's end creamery too. Don't really recommend buying dining credits because they charged us for dining credits and also charged our card instead of taking it off the dining credits we'd purchased. read more

We went during the off season and had fun overall, however I came back with a rash that my doctor told me is specifically "from bacteria thriving in inadequately chlorinated water." I've had to get prescription cream and am still suffering from a very itchy rash a week later. I submitted a complaint 5 days ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. Never ever ever will I even consider this place in the future. I saw a link online offering code 84degree for a stay at he Great Wolf lodge location at Foxwoods. So I submitted it and the price with Stay of the room $179, $95 food credit $60, breakfast buffet plus tax came to approximately $356 They were to charge me $198 deposit then the remaining $158 at check in. I submit my card and get confirmation thanking me for my $308.20 deposit, and the remaining $159.38 at check in for a total of 467.58. That is not what I agreed to. So I called to get this corrected. I was on hold for 40 minutes without any offer for a call back or any confirmation of how much my hold time was. So eventually I hung up and said "I'm not even dealing with this" so they gave the option to cancel my reservation. Mind you I had just created this reservation an hour before. So I proceed to cancel and now they want to charge me a $100! For canceling 3 days in advance. So first they Mislead and charge my card for an amount I never agreed to nor an amount they were clear on, then waste my time by having an absolutely insane hold time where I never even had the chance to speak to someone, then proceed to charge my card $100 for a cancellation. Which I plan to dispute with my credit card. Please please please I implore you not to waste your time with this place. They are clearly money hungry and will mislead to make money any way they can, and not even hold themselves accountable. read more

Eh, there are so many bad reviews on social media I did not think they could all be true. The water park is absolutely disgusting. They have signs the kids have to take off water shoes to use the slides. Makes no sense and that is just gross. The hot tub was not hot. The lazy river is extremely dangerous as the current is fast and large adults are in there with inner tubes that push right over little kids heads under water. Water is spraying and dumping on people all over the place and people just kept falling and hitting the ground. It is insanely cold once you get out of the water. The life guards were very attentive and there were lots of them. The food throughout the place is absolutely disgusting. $150 for dinner buffet of old dried chicken nuggets. The breakfast buffet was just as disgusting. If we had to go back we would walk to the casino for every meal. Rooms were clean, no carpet which is smart. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. I am very disappointed in the fact I do not like this place. I could see myself going multiple times a year if it was an easier experience on the parents. My children love it, and we have a good time. This is the only reason we have gone twice. However, when you compare it to large theme parks and vacations it is so expensive and the whole stay is very stressful. Those places are expensive too, but you feel cared for and that you at least got your money's worth. GWL is not that. Some positive feedback is the place is very clean, fun and magical. There are always character meet & greets; arts and crafts and the waterpark is fun. The lifeguards and staff at top of the pool are very professional and do a great job. The negatives, which are huge deal breakers for me, are the fact that there is limited food. The buffet is open for breakfast and dinner but not lunch. The buffet is expensive and very understaffed. Most the pans are empty, and no one is at the carving station. The one staff member was trying very hard, but it was impossible for them to keep up. When we went the desert station was empty except for cookies and no one carving. The one employee was desperately trying to keep up and didn't hear the people trying to get his attention. The only place open during lunch is a kiosk where you order and pick up food. It took around 50mins average. The man calling orders seems extremely stressed out and I felt bad for him. There were lots of angry guests and the food was very expensive. This was my same complaint about other GWL we have been too. I don't understand it. The waterpark was very unorganized. There was no one to help you at the waterpark. The lifeguards were too busy to interrupt and the people at the bottom would just shrug at you if you asked them questions. Not totally their fault, they have people coming down the slides that they need to pay attention to. You would get to the top of the stairs and people would have the wrong tubes or be in the wrong lines. The tubes were very limited as well. I witnessed many altercations between guests trying to get tubes when there were no clear lines or people handing it out. Also, people would get upset they were in the wrong lines after long waits and then others did want to let them in the correct lines. Proper signage or even a person there to help would have been great. Parking is $25. You can park at the casino free for a little bit of a walk, but they don't tell guests this. Almost every person around me snapped at the poor employee for this charge. Not their fault, but it was upsetting. Check in was awful even if you use the kiosk. Random and unexplained charges popped up too. I was able to complete the process on the kiosk but the people around me were unable to and sent to the long lines after. Trying to complete the kiosk questions when the people around you are freaking out is very stressful. So many confused and unhappy guests and so many overwhelmed staff members. I feel if this place was a bit more welcoming, they wouldn't have as hard of a time finding staff. Just a bit of feedback from our stay on 10/31. We had reserved this night as we thought it might be less crowded due to halloween, but we were mistaken as it seemed almost more crowded. We were kept up a few times during the night due to young children who knocked on our door at about 10:00pm asking us if we wanted candy. There were also teens running up and down the hallways playing games up until about midnight. Lastly my wife told me there was a loud argument/disturbance outside our door a little after midnight (surprisingly I slept through it). We had what could be described as our worst nights sleep in 10 years. Our daughter is mildly disabled with cerebral palsy and we knew she wouldn't be able to do a lot of the activities, etc. so we mainly stuck to the lazy river and normal pool, but the thing that got to us worked up the most was the absolute impatience of the other children there. We take a little longer to move around and get from point A to point B and the number of children that had NO parents or supervision near them was crazy. So many kids just breezed past almost knocking into us and it was just outrageous. There was a teen girl that was in a crazy rush to get out of the lazy river at the same time we were entering and she just about caused my daughter to fall in. Absolutely no regard for others safety. Not even an apology from her, just kept on going like nothing happened. Also the prices on things there is bit high considering the amount the customers spend on the room/water park package. For instance $7 per person for the bowling that you only get 5 frames out of... that's insane. read more

IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE READ THIS TO POSSIBLY GET A REFUND OR DISCOUNT The only area this place would get positive feedback from is its cleanliness. Seeing as it just opened a few months ago, I would hope everything would still be clean. Everything was definitely clean and I never once felt like something was gross or dirty/not washed. This place was supposed to be huge. It is not. At all.Even the water park was pretty small and that is supposed to be the main attraction. Seeing how huge foxwoods casino is, this was a bummer. Even so, we still wanted to enjoy our stay. Or atleast tried to. There's zero customer service at this place. Anytime we needed questions answered, it was a project. There is a cafe right outside the eater park with screens to view the menu and order right on the screens. This is pretty much how everything was done..through technology and screens and this is your only option. There is no customer service and face to face. We ordered lunch for 2 of the people in our party. We waited for 40 minutes just to be told by the cooks they had lost our order that we already paid for on the computer. This is just one example of the negative customer experience. Our room was supposed to be for 6 people. There were barely any pillows or blankets. The "sofa bed" did not come with any sheets, pillows or blankets and the queen sized bed came with two small flat pillows and one super thin blanket. We requested pillows and blankets multiple times. In order to do this, I would have to go back downstairs to the lobby and stand in the check in line ALL TO REQUEST PILLOWS AND BLANKETS! The first time I went down to request them, a lady asked my room number and how many pillows/blankets. She put in a message on her computer, explaining housekeeping would get the message and bring them. This was around 8pm. I went back up to my room...by 9pm I went back down to see what was going on. Again I was told the same thing. By 10pm I was very upset because the people sleeping on the sofa bed had no sheet, pillow or blanket...and on the queen bed we only had one little thin pillow per person and a thin small blanket. My husband went down to speak with a manager. Hes a manager himself so he does better with those types of situations. He came back 20 min later around 1030pm. We ended up getting the entire room bill for the night refunded to us, along with free breakfast buffet for all 6 of us the next morning. Within the next 10 minutes, housekeeping was FINALLY at our room with the requested pillows and blankets and a sheet for the sofa bed. Please note: This was NOT done by yelling and screaming at a manager because we were upset. This was done by professionally talking to a manager about our negative experience. Just incase anyone else has a smiliar experience. For the price of staying overnight at this place, we expected alot more and better customer service. You will see extra charges for pool towels even when returned, wrong amounts for wolf passes, additional charges for who knows what. I have NEVER had this type of experience with additional charges ever! I would not recommend this place and I will never be going back. And I hope others follow. The other scam... across the parking lot is Foxwoods and the Hardrock Cafe where they charged someone in my party twice and did not acknowledge their mistake. Not the type of establishment I would typically visit but I went for a special little girl in my life. If she could, I'm sure she would give it 5 stars!! I don't think she stopped smiling once while we were here so that's a major win in my book. I've read other reviews saying that the water at the water park was cold and complaining that their kids lips were blue the entire time. This was not the case for us. She couldn't get enough of the water park and enjoyed every second. I would suggest getting there when it first opens so you have a couple of hours to enjoy it before it gets really packed and it gets really packed!! The public restrooms in the water park were clean and well maintained. Staff did a good job keeping the floors in the water park clean and free of hair... and other things. Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet in the evenings and early mornings which was nice! The bathroom was your basic toilet and tub/shower with a shelf for towels or personal items and a hook on the back of the door for hanging towels or wet bathing suits. There was additional space to hang clothing right by the front door which was convenient. We had two queen sized beds in our room and they were pretty comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room which was nice to have and a good sized tv with plenty of popular kid channels. There is a Dunks which was nice to have and if you get there as soon as it opens, the wait isn't bad. The ropes course was a big hit. I didn't do it myself but she had a blast and I had fun watching. Bowling was fun but very short and quite expensive. Same with the minigolf. Build-a-Bear lacked variety which was disappointing for me hahaha but this trip wasn't about me and she got the unicorn she wanted!! The candy was overpriced but again- she was all smiles. The restaurant there was just okay... the food was mediocre.. drinks expensive and weak.. service wasn't horribly slow but on the slow side for sure. Our server was very nice though and made sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment in the lobby was great for kids. There was music and dancing and lots of bubbles. It got pretty packed in there and yes it was loud but isn't that to be expected? Foxwoods is a very short walk across the street! The staff seemed to do a good job keeping the floors clean and sanitary which I can appreciate!! I can't really comment much on the overall price as my BF graciously paid, however, from what I know I can say that this place is definitely overpriced!! Kids love it though and there are certainly various activities to keep them busy and happy. Also, $25 for parking!?? That's ridiculous. I have to say, the vibe was good here. I have visited the great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg numerous times I recently visited Foxwoods whereas I found it to be very clean, but the customer service was awful. I spoke to numerous people on many occasions and each one gave me different advice. I booked three rooms all in which I was promised would be adjoining and upon arriving they informed me they don't have three adjoining rooms nor do they have rooms adjoining to accommodate us. We did end up on the same floor. I did have an adjoining door just not to the people I was with the information they continued to give us was false, depending on who you spoke to then there was mixup with credit cards and room charges that took days upon days to even get someone to acknowledge it, and then refusal to refund it. They did not seem to know where the charges came from or what they were for, but still refused to refund my credit card until I had to take it a step further and call my bank to dispute it if you're looking for answers to any questions, you might have about the resort and their amenities please don't call them or ask them because no one has any idea read more

I have mixed reviews of the Great Wolf Lodge at Foxwoods Casino complex in Mashantucket, CT. I wasn't all that impressed. The first thing I noticed was that it is not attached to Foxwoods Casino. There was no connecting bridge or walkway from the Lodge to the casino. It is not fun to want to visit the casino and all it has to offer, from the Lodge and needing to walk outside in the rain, snow or hot summer sun? And although it was nice because everything is new, it did not have a wow factor. The rope course looked promising, and the kids were certainly having fun, but the water park was a bit small. And it did have a lazy river, but few tubes for the number of kids. Having said that, the kids were certainly enjoying everything. Amenities: multiple food venues, bar, buffet, Dunkin Donuts, pools (but crowded), arcade, gift shop, an events room for parties, bowling, miniature golf, gem mining, MagiQuest, kiosk check-in with the ability to charge to your room, slides, pools, dance parties, arts and crafts, story time and of course, the rope course and water park with a lazy river. Indoor water park has water slides for both teenagers and toddlers, lockers for rent and showers. It was a bit chaotic when I arrived with families checking in and very busy. Fee for parking. I parked at Foxwoods Casino garage, which is free, and walked to the Lodge. A connecting bridge would have been nice. If grandparents visit the lodge with their grandkids, and one of them is handicapped, I wonder how they would get to the casino area. I did not see a shuttle, or like I mentioned already, a connecting bridge. And I know what you are thinking - This is a place for kids. But what about parents or grandparents that accompany the kiddies. Don't they deserve to have a little fun too. I believe Foxwoods failed them by not having a connecting bridge for handicap visitors and for mom and dad and even the kids that choose to go to Foxwood casinos complex for additional food venues, walking around, shopping at the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods and more. Other things to keep in mind? gets crowded quickly; noisy with kids running around. Would I recommend the Great Wolf Lodge? I may to families that just want their kids to enjoy the amenities mentioned. But not to families that also want to experience Foxwoods Casino and all their amenities, unless they don't mind walking in rain, snow or heat to get there and pay for parking at the lodge when its free at the Casino garage. Also be prepared for long lines, so pack a lot of patience and most of all, for spending a lot of money. I did not stay at the Lodge, so I cannot comment on the rooms. They do offer Waterpark Day Passes: $100 for full day from opening to closing and half day pass for $80 from 4 pm until closing. Bookings are commissionable for travel agents. Parking is not included in the room rate. According to their website, parking for more than 30 minutes is $25.00. Outdoor pool is opened from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Thea was the best bartender at the Tidal Wave Bar in the water park. She was hilarious and made us a mango creamsicle drinks with a double shot of Malibu for the win. It's a great family place especially if the parents are involved 6-The food is KID oriented, it's a kids place! 7-There's an outside area that is not open now because it's New England so there's more fun in the warmer weather too 8-Crowd size matters- middle of the week matters, & if the kids are not school age & not babies, this is your place for family fun. 9_Parking is NOT free, it should be, not a good marketing thing. If you park at Foxwoods, free, but a short walk, make sure you are not charged for parking. I was charged but quickly removed. I mean quickly! Unfortunately, it's fall/winter here & the walk to Foxwoods is not covered but outside. This place is brand new so time will tell on that issue. 10-The place was super clean; there were lifeguard tests with baby dolls often, & overall good supervision. 11-Our kids loved, really loved the ropes course-takes a while to get suited up. Watching all the kids I came back with the impression that it's a great confidence builder if your kid does it all. Challenging! There's also an Adventure Park/ that's great for younger ones. 12-It's expensive without staying overnight so try it! Room: loud at night. Quiet time was text to us as 11pm. Kids roamed the halls and the above room stomped around way past this and it was hard to get to sleep. Our family member in another room called security, who never responded to kids trying to enter their room (jiggling their door handle). Absurd! Food: we paid for the $80 breakfast package for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pricey, but the food was really tasty. Would do it again. Ambience: fun, warm, inviting. We got the free wolf ears and paid for wands for the kids and they loved it. Really cool vibe to the whole place. Water park: mixed bag. Mostly fun, with some short lines and plenty of space everywhere to chill. For the water slides there isn't adequate signage, however. Some rides/slides had one set of stairs for three slides, for example, with no way of knowing which side of the stairs was for which slide. To make matters worse, we ended up waiting for an hour in the "wrong" (right) line for one, because those families in the left line with too-short riders were not permitted to ride the left line's slide, but, instead of making them wait, they were told/allowed to "cut" our line. At the top of the stairs we counted FIVE families who cut us because they were in the left line with too-short family members. No wait, no bouncing them; just cutting us and making us have to wait even longer. We weren't the only ones getting frustrated as our line held at a standstill because the left line kept "cutting". read more

Half the check in kiosks were down, the line for the front desk was insane, and they only had three people working it! Everything is an outrageous money grab. Food, activities, everything. woohoo! me and my girls Teresa and Fran took a girls night out, living our best life's! Manager is very nice although some employees gave us attitude. for example, when we tried to take out at fireside, they wouldn't let us and gave us a nasty attitude. When we dined in, Frans burger came out with a pink burger when we asked for it well done! I couldn't believe my eyes, calling the workers over. Fran ended up throwing a pickle at one of them. We excuse Fran's actions. Teresa loved the wave pool, she couldn't even get out, lliterally! The arcade was a blast! please keep up with the cats in the claw machine! We loved them, a little too much. We spent $70 trying to get just ONE cat, endinp up finally getting one!We loved our stay, we felt as young as ever! read more

In the arcade - The claw game is rigged beyond belief--no matter how well you aim or time it, the claw barely grips and always drops the prize. If i could leave zero stars I would. All I have to say is that if you ever have some kind of emergency or something come up that you need to cancel your reservations (within the alloted time frame noted on the booking website) be warned that you will never get your money back. I have been waiting for SIX WEEKS to get my refund (deposit) back and have spent HOURS on the phone talking to numerous people who have seemingly no idea how to refund my money. I keep hearing excuses after excuses as well as "I dont know". After spending thousands of dollars over the years at other Great Wolf Locations I can safely say I will never be returning. The inability to simply give a refund to a customer that is rightfully due is embarrassing to say the least. They should be ashamed of themselves as a huge corporation that this is the best they can do. read more

They have so many hidden fees and rude customer service. I changed my reservations (3 months ahead of time) to the following week and they made me pay extra fees for modifying. Ridiculous! They also kept adding more fees and now if I cancel i would lose everything I paid for so have no choice but to pay the fees. me and my cousins got here at 4:10 pm, we checked in at 4:15-4:19. it is currently 5:00, they said they would text my aunt when the room is ready. we have not gotten a text yet, so this means we've been waiting for near 40-45 minutes. fix your wait times. This was our first GWL experience. We booked an over night stay, kids got Wolf Passes. Pulled up to the front of the building and the attendant was very nice and helpful, explaining to us where to park and how to go about loading our stuff in etc. Check in took about 45 minutes (using the front desk not the kiosk) which on a Friday was to be expected but luckily our room was ready early (1:30pm) so it was nice being able to unload our things in our room and get right to it. The room was great, clean, kids loved the cabin themed room. Overall, all the activities, especially the water park were amazing. Only on Saturday that it of course was a bit busier and certain sizes life jackets were hard to come by (will bring our own next time) and one certain slide line had a bit of a wait to it (10-15min) but over all not bad at all. The only real downside and reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because we were bowling and after a few rounds the pins wouldn't reset and the screen said there was a technician coming but from looking at another lane that had the same issue the whole time we were there, we waited a few minutes but concluded someone probably wasn't coming so we went and did mini golf instead (which was great). We will definitely be back for a longer stay soon. read more

This place was super crowded. Let's get to the tea... First, the bathrooms were gross. I encountered more poopy toilets than I should have for all the overhead/profit this place brings in. Recommended resolution: staff someone in each gender bathroom and alternate who will cover the family restroom Next was the noise. It was actually quiet in the open cafe area compared to the pool. But the loudest: the lobby when there was a show. It was so loud, I could hear it from my room/ which was a bit of distance from the lobby! Parking: pay $25 per day or go park at the casino for free. It's a 10 minute walk at the most and you can drive up to load and unload your car. This place is cashless. Just beware of this! Checking in: select all three items, bc if you don't select parking for the contactless check-in, you will have to go to the front desk. And that line could be insane. Check out: I had my car packed around 9:30, and went to do a final sweep around 9:45. Housekeeping was already at my room to clean it. I believe checkout is before 11:00. The assumption here is I have the room until 10:59 am. Aside all the tea, my kids had fun. There are enough dining options in the area that won't break your bank. Would I go back? IDK. read more

Like they had no idea what was going on and zero answers. Dozens of guests just waiting in the lobby for their rooms. Hotel was very good. It's newer and rooms were good. No storage but everyone was friendly and rooms were clean. Water part is a disaster. Too few guards, too few tubes, too much disorganization. Tried getting in the lazy river twice, both times no tubes. Waterpark opens at 9, outside pool at 11. At 11:10 still no outside pool. Long lines at the slides with one lifeguard operating three different slides. It's not hard to see how to fix these problems but after four days the same pattern of low staffing and 45 min water slide lines really reduces the fun. read more

There are great things about this place but the chaos and darkness in the lobby upon coming in set the tone for me. The line for the front desk/reception area was always long no matter when we entered that area. The reception workers are unaware of their shuttle and use. This is a big issue if people want to visit the casino and the outlets because they have this shuttle service and the drivers are great but there is a big break in communication with the lodge and their shuttle. We were the only people using it, which was great but everytime we went to have them call for the shuttle, they always had to go ask a manager bc they knew nothing about it. The rooms are nice because they are new but they definitely are not thoroughly cleaning between guests. Our bathroom floor was filthy, the bedding in bag was bunched up and thrown in there and blanket was stained. The water park area is small and no real signs of deep cleaning going on in between. There were not enough tubes for the lazy River. The chaos at the walk up food area was disturbing. There is a man yelling names out and people standing around, some are in a line but no special area for pickup when you've ordered on the app. I was trying to make my way to the counter with people noted to be angered of the thought that I was cutting the line. The other thing that is ridiculous is the supposed free refills that are set to only allow you a half a cup refill in an already small cup. My overall rating is just ok, there were no WOWs going on. The place outside of the water park is very dark. The $25 parking is extravagant when you can park at the casino for free and no one knows about the shuttle service so that's a disservice to your guests. The whole reason we wanted to go to this place with the kids is because we love Foxwoods but there was no ease to get over there during our stay, unfortunately. read more

Super disappointed in this place. While we have frequented the MA location many times and never had any of these issues. Feeling like the opening was severely rushed to the detriment of the patrons. Arrived here on a Sunday, being told we could check in at 4 pm, upon arrival there was no carts to assist us in bringing in our bags, we also found out that you have to either pay $25 a day to park, or park in casino garage and trek it over with all of your stuff... I thought "is this a joke?"... but the nightmare was only beginning. Next we came inside to find lines wrapped around the lobby of people waiting to check in. Now, as time went by it's after 5pm and still waiting for a staff member so we decide to use the self check in kiosk... we checked in and received the notification that our room wasn't ready, and we can go enjoy the water park until It is. Unfortunately we were unprepared and had to search for our swim suits through bags etc... after a while we got to the water park... to my dismay it was very small and the air was so heavy it was legitimately hard to breathe. We went to try to get food everything was other sold out or meal deals were not being offered. Time went by and it was now past 6:30 and our room was not ready still!! I stood in line AGAIN for another half hour and was then told our room is now ready. 7pm, we get to our room... the door lights up but won't open , top left of door is Stuck. Had to go back to the desk to get help, security basically had to kick door in to open it. Door was too big for doorway... while in the room for a bit we went to leave and COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR, can you say, Fire Hazard! I called the front desk to send someone, they sent a maintenance technician after I requested more assistance than another security guard kicking door in. Technician came with a sander and sanded the door down... all while we were trying to get ready for dinner. Saw dust flying... this is just unreal... we leave for dinner around 8, and go to Fireside and we're told they have no tables until 8:45pm, meanwhile almost every table in the restaurant was open, weird! This was also very inconvenient since the dance party in the lobby starts at 8:45pm which was one of the only things we had to look forward to! Did I mention it was my niece birthday! We go to the gift shop to get her bday wolf ears, guess what! They don't have any!! Oh and I forgot to mention that we booked the bday package with includes cake and having room decorated upon arrival.... At the time of check in we were told, "they don't do that hey. Cause they don't have the stuff" Super annoying, I have at this point taken more than 4 trips up to the front desk... I will have to hope back on tomorrow to update day two! read more

- Me and my party enjoyed great wolf lodge and spent 6 hours at the water park o. fun rides but there was a lot of problems - First, when trying to enter the water park the woman working at the desk was not in a good mood and wouldn't let one of our young group members in which upset the children. She was not i. a hurry to help us or any of the other customers - Next, we started to go on the rides which were very fun especially the red on which you could go on with multiple people but the guy working the slide was not very mature he was physically moving people and was moving very slowly which caused the lines to get very long - We went in the wave pool which was very fun but only when the waves we on which was not the whole time - We got lunch there which was very good but they didn't not have any plates so we had to eat the pizza straight out the box -Also. when waiting for a ride a GROWN WOMAN cut the children and proceeded to yell at them and talk about them to her very young child - They had very good seating and lost of options to make sure no one was bored and they even had a pool dance party read more
