we went for lunch today . The food was good small portions and terrible service. We were eating in and he brought our lunch set it on the counter. I had to call him to get forks and napkins. He tossed them on the counter and walked away. Not busy and now I know why. We will never go back because of such rude service. read more

Will not be ordering here ever again since the changed the pan fried dumpling. The old ones were perfect. I was so excited to have them again about a month ago, but was disappointed when opening my order to see what looked like deep fried crispy wontons instead of the soft chewy pan fried dumplings that I loved. Thought they messed up my order but nope! According to this site, they changed them. read more

Found long curly hair in my sesame chicken wanted to die. Never going again. Can't use card only cash.

Ordered lunch and had beef with pea pods. The sauce tasted watered down and not much flavor. I was a bit disappointed. Not much beef or pea pods. Lots of cabbage fillers. Egg rolls tasted like it was not fresh. Rice was good. read more

Ordered the combo dinner platters and egg drop soup. The food (sesame chicken) was wonderful and made exactly how I like it as I asked for extra extra spicy. My wife had chicken w/cashew and she loved it. Egg rolls were crisp and delicious. Soup was wonderful. A great Chinese Restaurant in this graet little NY Village. read more

We walked in to order. It was Clean and very pleasant. We ordered to go and walked around the plaza. Paid for our order in cash, was reminded at order that it was cash only! Food was excellent. Great portions and excellent flavor. Thanks for a great meal! We'll be back again soon! read more

The woman at the counter was super nice and the food was finished pretty quickly for how big my order was. The food was great as well.

I called and placed an $80 order. They took my phone number and read back my order. Drove to pick it up. Got there handed him my credit card and told me cash only. How many restaurants in Monroe county are cash only and do not tell you over the phone on a large order. The answer is just THIS dump!!!! Unfortunately I could not leave zero stars. read more

Too expensive for there low quality food. And the ordering is not good Oh and the Chinese cat it's gone. read more

Food is delicious. I love their chicken lo mein. You get a huge portion for a great price. Customer service is friendly too and welcoming environment. read more

Basic Chinese, but less desirable. It tasted very Americanized and with limited flavor. Probably won't order again in the near future.

Our regular place was closed, so we tried coming here. Good enough to maybe come back, but we still prefer our 1st choice a lot more. Having done the identical order at both places, our party of 5 each said the food flavor was a 3 here vs a 4.5 at the other. read more

Live right near this place so I thought I'd try it out. Ordered over the phone, had a little trouble hearing the guy but it went ok. Ordered the sesame chicken with rice. Took about 15mins. The place is COVID friendly and requires masks. They have a shield between you and the cashier and a cool transfer box where they take your money and put the food in. They have Coke products in a display you can grab. Prices were good. Got home and the chicken was really hot and crunchy. Overall, I recommend! read more

I can't get over all the bad reviews I've been seeing. I've been eating hear since they opened. I know they have had phone issues in the past but my experience has always been positive. Love the food! We used to travel a lot and tried asian food all over. Their food is as good if not better than any other place like it. read more

I dont know whats up with this place, I called like 6 times Wednesday evening 7:45, all I hear is someone picking up , silence - -and then hangs up. I am asian and I know asian take out places are notorious for having crappy customer service or lack of it but just picking up the phone then hangs up without a word is crazy. They should change their name to just "the wall" because it is short of anything great. read more

I've been eating at the Great Wall for 20 years now. Always fast, hot and tasty. I love getting there early so I can listen to the owners yell at each other while I wait for my food. Now that the kids are older they take the orders which is a good thing as they speak much better english than the parents do. LOL. Ya know what... I just talked myself into eating there tonight. Its hot tonight and I don't feel like cooking. Keep up the great work! read more

Ordered the happy familyOnly came with two pieces of shrimp and a whole head of broccoli every time we get food here there is a problem read more

Great Wall - Supposed to be a happy family very unhappy - Chinese Near Me - Hilton, New York

Food is high quality, standard Chinese restaurant fare. Reasonable prices, fast service. We frequently go here for take out, and love it.

Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Way over priced. on my last visit there I told them I would never come back. Absolutely no response after that. They know it's bad. I haven't eaten since then and my stomach and wallet are happy about my decision. read more

Very bad customer service called for over 40 mins. Never answered the phone. When arrived the guy said the phone wasn't working I called right than and it rang. I had the food ordered and he said I can cancel. Very bad customer service!! read more

I caught the cook picking his teeth and throwing what he found into my food and not wearing any gloves while cooking!! The manager giggled and seemed shocked that I did not want the plate instead took my money back! read more

I travel all over North America and this is one of the best Chinese take outs around. The General Tso chicken is the best as well as the lo mein and egg rolls. The service is great too, usually 10 minutes. read more

Food is not bad on an ongoing basis, and close to where I live. The location is close to where I live and always appears to be clean.

Great food at the Great Wall. Friendly, courteous owners and when you call in your order "will be ready in 10 minutes" means it will be. The food is delicious and made to order. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Greeted by employee at the order counter by an empty stare. I ordered pork fried rice to go. And that's exactly what I got. No onions, no egg, no fresh herbs; only white rice and tiny squares of pork. Got the order very quick, however..... which is why they got 1 star. read more

It is a bit pricey but its average for all other Chinese food places that I have gone to. Their service is great and so is the food! I've never had a bad meal from them. read more

All Chinese food seems to be overpriced to me, this is no different. The staff is made up of the family that runs it. The parents are the chefs are the little children take your order. Its like a blast from the past when toddlers could work. Overall not bad though. Usually the staff is yelling at each other, probably about orders (hopefully). Not a bad Chinese Restaurant for a small town though, always good to support local business. read more

Clean, polite and professional. The food is always fresh, and we always get exactly what we order. One of my favorite Asian cuisine's around Rochester. read more
