Out of the 3 LIQ store within a 3 mile radius of my residence, this store has the best selection and inside store appeal. - The store is roomy and has wide selection of booze for my taste. - The staff is alright. Never needed any assistance as the signages in the store is very well posted. - I find the prices $$$ to be reasonable. I give these guys a 5 star since I have been a patron for the last 5 to 6 years. read more

I generally have not had problems here but I noticed recently (10/2023) my latest favorite beer (Sierra Nevada big little thing) they bought some 12 packs. I said to my self, I have a feeling that is gonna sit there and I will eventually come in and my only option will be to buy the 12 pack. Well, today was that day. How would I know if it was really that old 12 pack? I get home and have a beer and it has a unpleasant taste. I look at the born on date on bottom of the can and it is 5.5 months old! Sierra Nevada "Does beer expire" states "you can store most of our beers for up to 150 days, or roughly five months". See https://sierranevada.com/blog/our-beer/does-beer-expire. You can't see this date unless you rip open the box... Just one time but now I have 11 beers I am gonna dump out in addition to a WASTE of my time and a VERY disappointing evening. I guess you can't have a ton of options of you don't have enough customers to keep the beer fresh. I guess I will be going somewhere I feel the beer is getting turned over frequently enough which will be less convenient but my tongue will thank me. read more

The staff member(lady) here was rude and unfriendly. I recently had shoulder surgery and couldn't lift an item from its high placement on the shelves, but she refused to help. I won't be returning. read more

Decent size liquor store in a strip mall. Like most liquor stores, it ain't much to look (lots of cement and bottles), but it has a great selection of beers and harder liquor. Good wine selection too (although I am a beer girl so I don't buy vino that often). The associates are friendly and helpful and it is never too busy. Love it! read more

5-10x MSRP on allocated liquor, if you want a liquor museum this is your place, no thanks

3 years ago I gave this store a 5 star rating for their personnel and the breadth of inventory for wine and bourbon. Since then, ownership has changed hands and things have gotten a little out of hand. I want to specifically talk about their "top shelf" bourbons. Eagle Rare is currently being sold for over $100... MSRP is $35 at best. Their 1.75L Weller Special Reserve is offered for $200! That's a $50 bottle elsewhere. And it goes on and on. This price gouging is really disappointing and fools people that don't know any better. I expected more. read more

As of today, I am going to stop ordering from this establishment. They seem to have many issues getting orders taken care of. This is the second time in a month that no one responds either via email and their phone rings incessantly busy. It's too bad because I was a good customer. read more

Neighborhood liquor store! The staff is usually pretty courteous and helpful. Their prices are reasonable, but not the best in the immediate area. The store is kind of crowded and congested, but they make up for that by having a vast selection of wine, liquor, and spirits. They get you in and out quick and make sure they greet you and thank you every time you walk in the door and make a purchase (its the little things that count). read more

trash customer service, replacement items were completely opposite of original items. very overpriced. shop elsewhere

This place has a really nice selection. We came here for some nice aged Colorado bourbon to bring back as souvineers/gifts. The guy at the front was really talkative and friendly. Also, notice that there's a lot of travel sized liquors at the front wall near the register!! If I was a huge drinker, this would be my candy store!! read more

Great Vines Liquors - a car parked in front of a liquor store - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

worst prices in the south metro. total gouge. even the basic low end stuff is marked up 30+. high end, rare stuff on top shelf located up front is marked up 5x or more MSRP. just stupid. read more

Absolutely a fail with new ownership. Have had many discussions, including the one owner whose does the ordering, "Teddy" who took pictures of the labels we've been having trouble getting in the cooler, like anyone wants hot Chardonnay's. Oh, and "Jenny" who begged for "another chance" to get things right with "promises" she'd personally ensure we were taken care of!‍‍. Sure miss Harish & Amrit. read more

This store has a really nice selection and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I know when I'm looking for something out of the ordinary that I can go there and ask, and they'll know what it is and usually have it on hand. read more

I love the booze here. It's awesome. In all seriousness, they're very helpful, always have what I need for a fair price, and the check out girl only slightly creeps me out. I'll be coming back... read more

Never a bad experience here. If they don't have it they will always make an effort to get it. Wine selection is above average and they do know their wine. So if you're not sure what to drink don't be afraid to ask. Large beer selection and large liquor selection. It may not be the biggest, but it works for most beer, wine, liquor needs. read more

Best in the area, especially in terms of prices and selection. Wine selection is very good, and the beer selection is about to be GREAT...they are expanding into the retail space next door to create a large walk in beer refrigerator. read more

I enjoy this store. They have an amazing inventory all price ranges. It's a good place if you are looking for a certain brand. The employees are always nice too! read more

Worst customer service at a liquor store I've ever had! Don't waste your time on keg orders!!!

lots of variety and the prices were comparable to other places. the staff was friendly enough. plenty of parking out front plus this place is next to the dry cleaners and grocery store so its a one stop shop. read more

The most incompetent store ever!!! Called them asking for a specific beer to see if it was in stock. They checked..."yes we have it". I verified the beer with them again. "Yes". Drove all the way there and they did NOT have it! The employee said they didn't carry it. Well why did you say you do???? So sorry! HORRIBLE!!! Don't go here!!! read more

I called to see if they had a particular scotch and to check the price. I was told that the bottle was $100 cheaper than the price on the shelf after I got there. so after a 45 min drive not only had they lied to me about the price they also told me they wouldn't honor their website price either. Apparently that's the old owner's website or at least that's what they said. Of course if you go to that website it has a picture of their store and a phone number that rings their store. Absolutely ridiculous! 100$ more than they told me on the phone and $70 more than their website. I will absolutely vote for alcohol to be sold in grocery stores. Screw these people I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I will NOT return, The NEW OWNERSHIP is not consumer friendly and I believe in violation of tax code. I was charged tax on a tap and keg fee and was refused credit on the tax which is a non taxable item. then I was asked to leave. . They stated it was for the beer which was taxed on a separate invoice. read more

Just not that great of a place. I'd rather stop by Chambers Wine & Liquor on Iliff and Chambers, there's always somebody who know about the wines they carry and they have good sales. read more

Disappointed they only give discounts to active duty service members. As a Veteran with 20 years of service and with numerous injures sustained. I was quit shocked to here this. shame on you read more
