No haggle, fair on the trade and creative finance if if need be. I love that they let you test drive on your own so you can really look and think without someone chirping in your ear. The store isn't flashy, and I'm ok with that since I pay for flash. I've worked with David twice now and have been happy both times. Brian helped us get my son with bad credit, bought. Great extended warranty options.

I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

I felt the whole process was probably the most transparent auto purchase I've ever had. I was able to check out several different cars and never felt pressured at all. It took me several visits and some browsing on the Carmax website. I found the car that checked all my boxes and it was close enough to Jax that shipping was free!! Once it arrived I test drove it, and again there was no pressure to buy. Robert was very knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions! I decided to purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up trading in my 2016 Kia Sorrento (wasn't planning on that but they gave me a fair value) There are no hidden fees, or any "bait & switch" like most dealers do! There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Overall the process was streamlined and straightforward. I didn't have any issues with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I think their customer service is very good! Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful! I've had my car since February and I absolutely Love it! Thank you CarMax!

I have had my van serviced here for years. I recently had a check engine light come on and a…read moremessage about service shifter. Basically we could crank the van but not put it in gear. We googled and found it is possibly the CAN bus connector behind the glove box. We took the glove box out and all of a sudden the shifter was working, but the check engine light was still on (we don't know if it was a loose wire or what). So we drove it straight to the dealership to see we could get it scanned and into service. We were told by a service advisor that they are booking out a week for service. We agreed to book the first open time, but by the time of the appointment the check light went off and hadn't had anymore problems. We dropped it off anyway the Saturday before the Monday appt, just so they had first thing in the morning. I called before they closed and asked if a technician had looked at it or if they were able to get it to happen again. The service advisor then proceeded to tell me that yes I made an appt, but that was just to drop my vehicle off. It was going to be another 4 to 5 days before a technician would look at it because there are about 30 to 40 vehicles in que before mine. So when did making an appointment for service, start being an appointment to drop my vehicle off and hope it is looked at within the next week? If this is how this service center runs now, I will take my van to another dealership. I talked to the dealership I bought the van from and asked about their appointment process. They told me the appointment is with a service advisor and then sent to a service tech and most of the time it is looked at on the day of the appointment, especially if it's a morning appointment. They were shocked when I told them what the service advisor from the other dealership told me. They said that is not how it works at their dealership. So is it this service centers new way of doing things or is it the service advisor way of doing things. Note this is the first time with this service advisor because my regular own was not there.
