Mine is a tale of a mixed review. As with any transaction, I suppose, there are good points and…read morebad points, but in ALL transactions, the cardinal rule still applies -- BUYER BEWARE! I had never purchased a car from what I call "roadside used car dealers" before, much less do it from a distance. But PC Auto Sales had my dream car, a yellow Mustang GT Convertible, and I set about to see my dream realized. Denise, Matt and Rick are all great people, and will do whatever it takes to get you the information you need and will do whatever it takes to get you into your car. Denise, in particular, goes above and beyond to provide you great customer service, at least until now. I wish the quality of their cars was as good. If you read nothing else in my review, please read this: absolutely INSIST on taking the car you have chosen to a qualified dealership of YOUR choice and have your car inspected thoroughly. It is not only your right to do that, it is the law that they must allow you (See the FTC laws regarding used car dealerships). That law states that every used car dealer must display on every car the Buyer's Rights. PC Auto Sales does not do that. You never see the Buyer's Rights until you sign the final papers. Nevertheless, in those Buyer's Rights it tell you in black and white that you have the right to take the car to a dealership for inspection prior to purchase,. I did not know that until after the fact. The very minute my car was delivered to me, I took it to my local Ford Dealership where they deemed the car unsafe to drive. The control arms on both front wheels were so bad, the tire actually leaned outward. The back axle was leaking fluid and needed to be resealed. The clutch was shot. $4800 later, it is in good running order, but clearly should not have been on any car lot anywhere in the condition it was in as it could have killed the driver and whoever happened to be in the way when the wheel fell off. I'm not saying that every car on PC's lot is in similar condition. I'm just saying "beware". Insist on an inspection, and if they won't allow you, walk away. That was a month ago. I don't blame PC Auto Sales. They do what they do. Unscrupulous? Probably. But so are so many of them. I blame myself for not having been more savvy and smart enough to know about the FTC laws. Today? Today I sit here a month later with an expired temp tag, no tag, no registration, no title and no paperwork promised from the dealer that shows I even own the car. Unacceptable in my book. Even more unacceptable that emails requesting such go unanswered. Tomorrow I have to go to the DMV, get an attorney and try to force them to give up the title and the tag. That just shouldn't happen! I can't even get a key made for the car because I can't prove it's mine! I have gotten not even a copy of the Bill of Sale to prove I even bought it! They've given me nothing. That awesome customer service prior to the sale, disappeared once they got their cash. I wouldn't recommend PC Auto Sales, but I wouldn't discourage it either. Just be smart, beware and get that inspection! And don't leave the lot without some kind of paperwork that says you own your car!

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership after purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee…read more When I first bought the vehicle, I pointed out a leak and a faulty headlight. I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

We took it to the GMC dealership where we had made the purchase, and they kept the truck in their possession for over a month, claiming they had fixed the issue. However, two days after we got the truck back, the check engine light returned. When we contacted the GMC dealership again, they informed us it was due to a faulty sensor and advised us to continue driving it. Uncomfortable with this response, we decided to take the truck to a Ram service center in Yulee. After conducting a diagnostic, the Ram service team identified a specific code and explained what was wrong with the truck, estimating the repair costs to be between $6,000 and $12,000. We returned to GMC with this information, but they essentially reneged on the original deal we had made. They offered us two options: accept $6,300 to fix the truck, or exchange it for a cheaper vehicle, claiming the Ram was now worth nothing. At this point, we had only driven the truck for a total of four days. Initially, GMC had promised that if the check engine light continued to be an issue, we could have our Toyota Tundra back along with a refund of our $14,000 down payment. However, they failed to honor that promise. We decided to take the Ram to another Ram dealership for a second diagnostic. There, we spoke with Lisa, and Luis handled the service. This dealership quoted nearly $5,000 for the necessary repairs. Reluctantly, we accepted the $6,300 check from GMC to cover the repair costs. GMC also required us to sign a waiver upon receiving the check. After the repairs were completed, the same problem occurred--two days later, the check engine light came back on. We returned the truck to the Ram service center that had just repaired it. They conducted another diagnostic and found the same issue. At this point, we spoke with Jennifer, the manager at the Ram dealership. She investigated further and discovered that GMC had previously cleared the diagnostic codes, which is why the full extent of the issues had not appeared during the initial diagnostics at the Ram dealership. Jennifer requested permission to speak with GMC on our behalf, and I agreed, as I was financially exhausted from the ongoing repairs. Though I'm unsure of the details of the conversation between Jennifer and GMC, what I do know is that Jennifer succeeded in having the Ram's warranty department cover all the costs for the repairs, specifically for the DTS. Jennifer went above and beyond for us, demonstrating what true customer service should be. In a world where people often focus on negative experiences, I want to take this opportunity to highlight the exceptional service Jennifer provided. She is a stellar manager and a credit to the Ram dealership, truly embodying the spirit of doing right by the customer.
