During the process of setting up the appointment, I was in contact with a person named Carrie. We scheduled the appointment for two weeks later. However, on the day of the appointment, Carrie did not show up, and I tried to reach her via text and call, but with no response. Eventually, I received a call from her brother Casey, who is also a co-worker, and he offered to come and perform the job himself since he said he trained Carrie. However, when I inspected his work later, I found out that he had only cleaned the shower door and left everything else dirty. So, I cleaned the floor and bathroom sinks myself and sent pictures of the dirty water and before and after pictures of the sink to Carrie, who I had contracted for the job. But she took no responsibility for Casey's work and didn't refund me any money. She said that it's all up to Casey and she would speak to him. I also sent the same text to Casey but received no response from him. "I noticed a discrepancy between the amount that Carrie had quoted me and the amount that Casey said I owed. So, I confronted Carrie after re-reading her text to me. She denied the quote and said that Casey was correct. I sent her the text with the quote and asked her to just admit if she made a mistake. I continued to text her and gave her an opportunity to do the right thing, but unfortunately, I have been ignored by both of them." The design process took weeks because multiple revisions were needed before the artwork matched what I requested. Due to those delays, their manager, Andres, promised me a $250 credit for the inconvenience. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told Andres had been fired and the owner refused to honor the promised credit. After I got home, I noticed the driver's side rear window wrap was noticeably misaligned. I contacted the owner immediately. He first agreed to reprint the panel and repair it, but later changed his mind and refused, saying it was "standard." The passenger side of my vehicle lines up properly, making it difficult to accept that explanation. The biggest disappointment wasn't the mistake--it was the lack of accountability. I have text messages documenting both the promised credit and the initial agreement to repair the wrap. For such an expensive project, I expected much better customer service.

They installed the new wrap, a very low quality "sign quality" vinyl NOT 3M vehicle wrap vinyl as promised, OVER the existing RV factory graphics as if we would not see the extrusion of the old vinyl. They didn't terminate any of the wrap properly and allowed to peel at door edges and windows. It was beginning to stain from anything that touched it, they didn't even remove the finger prints from the wrap install and the oils from their hand began to stain it. We paid to have professionally cleaned with no luck of removing the finger prints or residue left by thier hands and tools. To be put simply our 100k rv looked like Clark Griswolds worst nightmare.... The son is a lying, non contributing zero, that will say anything to get off the phone with a client thats not happy with the trash he tries to sell them on the phone He acted like he owed the business from day one, come to find out he's just another nipple suckling daddies boy that rides the coat tales of his fathers half hazard work. His daddy acted like he would try to clean up his sons mess by saying he would fix it and didn't. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, just another full of S**8 conversation. We had to take our RV to a true professional but damn near cost us 12k by the end of it all... After paying PW Graphics 10k, we ended up paying the real pros to make it right, almost another 12k. I requested that they refund at least half my money to no avail. I called Amex and after showing them all the details they happily refunded it. They have the nerve to try to have some collection company call me after all this PITA. Biggest mistake they could make... PW Graphics will never stop regretting the day. They will be in court very soon. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THESE CROOKS. Pictures really don't do justice of the poor workman ship. Sucks a company or even another person could do business this way and rob people of the excitement of making a big change to a huge investment that was purchased ONLY to bring happyness to their family.
