We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

My 83 year old mother was frantic because she found bedbugs in her bedroom. After getting her calmed down I did some research and found Expert Bed Bug Exterminators. Tom responded so fast to us, reassured us that he could take care of her condo and she would NOT have to remove any carpet or furniture. Tom was very professional and patient as my family had multiple questions throughout the day as we prepped her home for the extermination. Tom showed up on time to exterminate her 2 cars and home. In the middle of him getting set up there was a medical emergency and he promptly called 911. He stayed calm and stopped what he was doing to reassure her that everything was fine. Once the situation was handled and everyone was ok he started back working. Having bed bugs in your home will frazzle the best of us and turn your world upside down.
