My husband and I are first-time homeowners, so we got multiple quotes for basement waterproofing…read moreand sump pump installation--it's a significant investment, and we wanted to understand our options fully. RichOne was the first of five companies we consulted, and they immediately stood out. The representative (Richone himself) was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He walked our property, clearly explained how water and moisture enter homes, and outlined exactly what solutions would work best for us. Unlike other companies that said certain work couldn't be done, RichOne handled it all: exterior trenching, installing a proper barrier, sealing foundation issues, and carefully working around utilities. In our basement they set up a drainage system and installed the Sump Pump perfectly and the vapor barrier they installed doesn't detract from the natural brick! They even addressed our gutters to improve overall drainage. Everything was explained thoroughly from start to finish, and the process was educational and stress-free. We're thrilled with the quality of work and feel confident they've provided a permanent solution to protect our home. Highly recommend RichOne Waterproofing--we couldn't be happier!

Considering the alternatives it's a no brainer to me. I move read through all of their Yelp reviews and any 1 *'s I see are a result of some misconceptions or expectations on what the product did. No you cannot put these up and completely forget that you still own gutters. That said, as far as completely overhauling a system designed in Roman times to make it much more efficient and easy to do maintenance on, there is truly no other option. While I did find cheaper, the systems, designs and materials were sub par and I did not come close to finding a salesman nor installer with the knowledge or enthusiasm I did when dealing with LeafFilter! 6 of 5 stars to make up for the people who think this makes there gutters invisible and thus rate it poorly!
