After we got what we need, although there is check out sign at the garden center, but it's not in operation. We will need to go back to where we come in. This time, i try to push the button so the door will open automatically. But to my surprise, the button leads to the big garage kind of door moving up. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPO!! After having our refrigerator delivered to us, we went into…read morethe store to let them know that the refrigerator that was delivered to us wasn't working. The freezer was not staying cold, we kept a cup in there to make sure and it was liquid and was not making ice cubes. Our meat and other items were unthawed. Customer service gave me a phone number to call so I left the store and called. They sent home depo workers back out and they looked at it and said it could not be fixed, they said they would let their bosses know and tell them about all our food that was bad due to the freezer not working and someone would be in touch to schedule the new delivery with a new refrigerator. I received a call a few hours later, saying I would need to call a new phone number, and they would be the ones to schedule the new delivery and that the guys that stopped out to look at the refrigerator said it was not fixable. I got off the phone and called the new phone number. I said Hi, I'm calling to get on your schedule for the new refrigerator to be delivered and the old one removed, the lady gone on telling that they've never been to my house before and was EXTREAMLY RUDE. I kept saying yes, someone was just out and said it could not be fixed that they would send me a new one. Finally she tells me she's with LG and that they were to come and not home depo. So after waiting for home depo to come out I should of been having LG out BUT WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. LG has cancelled on me now multiple times and still hasn't came out to my house and the manager and who ever I've been emailing has now ignored me and not helped me at all. The manager told me he would get back to me on seeing if I could just return the refigerator and get me a small garage replacement so I could have something to keep items in my freezer. Hours later I get a call from someone else saying LG still needed to come look at it to show her proof the LG cancelled on me and that's the last I've heard from them. Tomorrrow will be a full month since the refigerator was delivered and I still haven't got a new one and all my groceries that was in there are still bad and I still can't use the freezer.

Jeff gave me a great estimate for the work and he and Vern worked here for for 4 days. They were courteous and helpful and efficient and a gazillion more wonderful adjectives. They got to my work about 2 weeks before we expected them to show up and that was lovely. The work was done quickly and extremely efficiently. I'm kind of wondering now why it took me so long to make this decision because the work they did is just gorgeous. We've used Tate before for a fireplace project several years ago and were extremely satisfied with that as well so can't say enough about the company or the workers.
