I decided to look around and well looking I noticed the staff where fun to be around. they are very knowledgable and even the young staff seem to mostly know what there are talking about. well at the checkout the young man working was hilarious and made me leave with a smile. its a little more expensive, but i think you pay for the great customer service. Made arrangements to have it picked up and was told it would be a week plus to get an assembled one delivered. Next day the gift receivers decided to assemble themselves so called back to cancel the exchange. Granted, probably a hassle for the store but the original mistake was theirs. The employee was very abrupt and short. Eventually was able to cancel the exchange but never in any of the calls did I receive so much as an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" from anyone. That is so simple and free I cannot understand why decent customer service is so rare?

Ordered a dishwasher through this store with installation. The original installers didn't hook up…read morethe drain pipe correctly so it flooded below the dishwasher and down to my basement. I had to wait a week for a new crew to come out who took 2 seconds to tell me the issue and I'd have to get a new dishwasher installed and I'd get a call soon to schedule it. After a couple days without a call, I called the installer who said I was already scheduled for a day I wasn't available so it needed to be rescheduled again for an even later date. I was never given a presumptive time window for the (hopefully) final fix and when I called the store, they were unable to tell me my schedule window
