    Horrible! If you have storage here or planning on doing DO NOT! "Management " does NOT what…read morecustomer service is, as well as when they call you over the phone they tell you to come in person however when you get there they love to call the cops and falsely accuse you of having a weapon or demanding you wear a mask (knowing you have a medical condition) or they claim they are a professional establishment yet have people in the office as well as upstairs who aren't even employees! Office always smell like cigarettes, never answer the phones or have office open. Claim they send correspondence about rate increases yet nothing seems to be changed or "updated". Also have people that cut locks and steal out of your units and when you report over $15,000 stuff missing they can't even be diligent and send over videos from cameras investigators request. Most importantly don't ask for district manager information or corporate. They refuse to give it to you. On top of them having and accessing late fees yet during COVID they should be a little more understanding especially if your husband just gets out of hospital. Karen( property manager) Ceaser Alvarez (assistant manager) Beyond unprofessional, rude, lack of common business law and polices/ procedure, as well as COWARDS! Don't invite someone to come to the office to talk but then, once they get there they cowards or raise the voice thinking people will allow you to disrespect them. As well as if any other employee is there and not being spoken to should not jumped in and give his two seconds of fame when the situation has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. Again this is NOT a place you want to keep your items and if you do have them there REMOVE THEM ASAP!

Mark went above and beyond to assist us, and his customer service is exceptional. He made me feel completely at ease and handled everything with professionalism, care, and excellence. Everyone we have encountered at this location, including Aquarius, has been incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. Our organization serves and feeds communities throughout Houston, supporting individuals and families impacted by homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, and food insecurity, including hardworking individuals facing difficult seasons. MorningStar Storage has been a true blessing to our nonprofit, allowing us to safely store the items we distribute weekly so we can reach more, do more, and feed more.     Horrible customer service. I called the corporate office a week ago and was supposed to get a call…read moreback within 48 hours. Nobody called me. I have been renting from them for years. When I moved out of one of my two rental spaces I had to wait for 45+ minutes for an employee to finish their bathroom break to unlock the gate and my storage space that was already paid for. I called multiple times the weeks prior to clearly communicate and even called the morning of my move to pay my daily rate. However, my gate access was revoked (even though I have a second space at the same facility paid through January) and there was a super-lock on my storage space I was moving out of. It cost me over $100 for their employee to go to the bathroom. (Employee verified to my husband who located him that he was on a bathroom break). I called the Monday after my move to explain what happened and I was offered a $25 credit. This acknowledges they were in the WRONG. Yet, why am I paying more than an additional $75 for their employee's toilet break? When I called corporate they tried everything to blame their error on me. I wasted another 40-minutes on the phone with them and was left with the promise someone from corporate would be in touch with me in 48 hours. No such call occurred. This is sheer ignorance and GREED on their end. This is a horrible way to treat a long term customer. Loyalty goes both ways. This is the shadiest company. They're constantly raising their prices and never return calls. When I called the store to initially complain the young man working there LIED to me and gave me a fake name and number to management. Store your stuff elsewhere. Unit B3084 09/09/2023 - date my money was wasted on an employee bathroom break at 11am - 11:45 am My team of 9 movers had nothing to move for 45-minutes and cost me $115, and made the end time of my move late. To resolve this I need an apology and $100 refund.
