The service is always fast and the employees are very personable - Matt talks to all of us every week we go and it's nice to get to know the people behind the company. They also do bread delivery every week, which is fantastic - you can mark that off of your grocery list because you can get anywhere from half a loaf or more delivered straight to you and the bread is always higher quality than you could get in stores. I thought the sandwich would be hot or even warm but it was not. I spoke with one of the employees about the cold sub and he explained that the cook dropped the meat and had to remake it. It didn't explain why the sandwich was cold. He offered me a brownie but I declined. The outside seating is great!
