They offer different type of unique and fancy topping on the top of soft serve. What I tried: Cotton Candy(white chocolate) - Soft serve was coated with blue color white chocolate and topped with cotton candy. Beautiful blue and pink colored dessert. Soft serve itself was always light level of sweetness as I remembered. So, it paired with chocolate coating(main flavor) well. White chocolate coating was very sweet. Cotton candy was an accent. It was very unique. They also offer many type of chocolate bars, hot chocolate and more. It was fun to visit Chocolats Favoris.

Ice cream lines are notoriously slow when busy because of guests wanting to try flavors and only having one long ice cream display so be patient of the bottleneck. The toppings and chunks were plentiful and the ice cream itself was slightly creamy, and not icy. The kids loved it and staff were all very friendly!

There are only 5 ingredients in their 40% cocoa milk chocolate bar: cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass and vanilla extract. A bit pricey at $94.50 for a case of 18 but so tasty. As a kid I just loved chocolate. Hershey's, Nestle, even that plasticky generic dollar store stuff, but as I got older, I started to appreciate higher quality chocolates and these days I do try to eat foods with easy to pronounce ingredients and I like to eat organic when I can. Definitely recommend Whistler Chocolate! They have other flavours too, like mint, cherry, orange, hazelnut, almond and sea salt. They also have dark chocolate. (5)

We walked up to the Whistler location, which is convenient for grabbing a quick treat while exploring the village, especially after spending time outdoors. The shop has a simple, focused setup built around fast service and freshly prepared desserts, with a steady line of customers moving through the counter throughout the day. The BeaverTails are the main draw, and the best part is the texture. The pastry has a crisp exterior while staying soft and chewy inside, which makes it easy to see why it is such a popular Canadian treat. We tried a few different toppings and found the strawberry cheesecake option stood out with a good balance of sweetness, while the classic cinnamon sugar version kept things simple and enjoyable. The toppings are generous and the pastry itself is substantial enough to feel like a proper dessert rather than a light snack. There are also more creative choices like chocolate, fruit, and seasonal toppings for anyone wanting something different, and the variety across the menu gives you a reason to try something new on repeat visits. The ordering process was quick, and the staff kept things moving even when there was a steady line. The team handled the flow efficiently, and the service remained friendly despite the volume of orders. Since it is mainly a grab-and-go spot, seating is limited, so it works better as a snack stop rather than a place to sit for a long time. The outdoor benches nearby provide a spot to enjoy the pastry while taking in the village atmosphere. BeaverTails is worth trying if you are visiting Whistler and want a dessert that is different from the usual options. The combination of fresh pastry, unique toppings, and convenient location makes it an easy stop while walking around the village. It delivers a warm, satisfying treat that feels like a classic Canadian experience, and the simplicity of the concept is what makes it work so well.

It's within walking distance of pretty much everything -- restaurants, condos, and even the ski lifts. So whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast before heading out or picking up something for a relaxed night in, it's right there when you need it. What really stood out, though, was the quality. The pastries were fresh and legit -- perfect with a morning coffee (available here, also). The fruits were vibrant, ripe, and actually tasted like fruit (which isn't always a given these days). The ready-made meals were solid across the board and are great options when you don't feel like waiting at a restaurant or just want something quick after a long day on the mountain. There was even a small selection of souvenirs (magnets, key chains, etc.) Pricing was surprisingly reasonable for a resort-area market. Coming from Hawai'i, where grocery prices can get wild, it honestly felt like a bit of a deal -- like things were almost on sale. All in all, Fresh St. Market hits that sweet spot between convenience and quality. Definitely a go-to while staying in the area.
