Exceptional service! My son recently contracted COVID-19 while working at Whistler. With me being in Toronto, I was worried about how the supplements I bought from Quantum Health store would be delivered to him. After ordering the supplements for pickup, I was hoping to find someone to deliver them to my son. I've decided to call the store to find out when the supplements will be ready for pick up. Michelle, the owner of the store spoke to me on the phone. I've explained my situation and how anxious I was having sick teenager and not being able to be there to help him. Michelle assured me that she would personally deliver the supplements to my son and not to worry. My son received his supplements and has been using them for a few days now. He feels so much better and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten them to him had it not been for Michelle's help. I'm amazed at how sweet and kind she is and am incredibly thankful! Michelle went above and beyond for me and my family. As my son was in bed not being able to prepare any food for himself, I've asked Michelle if she knows any place that cook healthy nutritious meals and do delivery. She recommended me healthy food choices in Whistler that I could order for my sick son, and offered to personally deliver the food along with my supplements package. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. The owner is unbelievably rude and most unprofessional. She claims to be a nutritionist but insisted that potassium sorbate is not a preservative. Potassium sorbate is indeed a preservative and is a skin, eye, and respiratory irritant and should be avoided by allergy-senstivive people. Warning: she does NOT like being questioned. If you are in Whistler and need vitamins/protein supplements/Whole Foods kind of things, go to Nesters Pharmacy. They have a better selection, better prices, and a professional staff to help you out. I went in looking for some things for the gym. Beware of the Owner, she will tell you what you want is wrong and that you actually need these other products. They also only sell BioX branded stuff so I wonder how biased her opinion is. As you can get most of the BioX brand in most grocery stores I would do yourself a favour and avoid her attitude unless you like being talked down to. read more

Wow My review is not false or with ill intentions as per John has wrote! I am a business owner yes and it is not in competition with Quantum Vitamins. Although I do have academic background in alternative medicine. I had a poor experience at Quantum Vitamins. Kay as John falsely stated is not the manager she is the owner. She clearly said to me that her education was higher than mine and continued to belittle me. In Whistler slow season is when the locals are your main customers as John would not know for he is from Langley not Whistler. When you treat your local customers poorly you loose loyal customers. Kay has lost me as a customer. I have been using alternative health products for over 25 years. I have been a Quantum Vitamin customer for over 5 years and have the customer stamp(signauture cards to prove it). I will not tolerate or shop at a business who insults their customers and gives them money to support their livelihood. My intention is to share my experience with others so they do not get treated the poorly. Hopefully if anything it would make Kay more aware of what it means to deliver better customer service. read more
