Good food and very fast service. The people are considerate and do a good job at delivering food.

Sometimes it's real good food but then other times it's been bad. Hit or miss...They used to be our #1 go to but after Covid things changed.

Definitely order the shrimp cashew. It is by far the best around and loaded with every veggie known to man, not just chopped carrots and celery like other places. I can eat a whole order any time. I order online and have never had any problems whatsoever. read more

I called twice and whoever spoke with me would not give me a second to get a word out, cutting me off with my entire order, and i was abruptly hung up on while trying to place a takeout order. I called back and managed to get my entire order out, and they hung up on me again without telling me a total/pick-up time. I placed another order online and they immediately called back to tell me I had placed two and i made it clear i didn't feel the phone order was placed since i was hung up on so rudely. The food was alright, i ate about half my food and threw the rest (in the original container) into my fridge. Roll around to the next day, I go to reheat it on my stove with wooden chopsticks and I find a piece of steel wool! Needless to say, I wouldn't give these folks my money. Atmosphere/Service: Honestly, the place looks run down and like a hole in the wall but sometimes that's where you get the best food. One thing I did hate however, was the fact that you place your order on the phone and then when you get there, you have to go through the drive thru to pick up your order. Not a fan. It was packed and I was in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes. The lady who took my card and gave me my food was very nice though. Food: I am not understanding AT ALL the one star reviews on Yelp. The food was amazing and that was probably the best general tsos and chicken lo mein I have ever had. I didn't try the egg roll but my fiancé said it was super amazing as well. I am eager to try the bourbon chicken next time. We just moved to Akron so this will definitely be our go-to spot when we need a Chinese food fix. read more

The absolute worst Chinese restaurant in Akron the older woman who takes the orders, she also delivers the foo, Once you tell her what you want she says OK and hangs up without giving you your total. Then there was a few times I received cold food food that had no taste no seasoning just awful will never eat here again. and let's not talk about the appearance of the restaurant. I love this place! Their pork egg foo young and really everything I have ordered is delicious. I have tried every Chinese restaurant in my area and this is my go to. I always order delivery and the drivers are always nice. I nearly always order a super combo which has a ridiculous amount of delish food which could most likely feed a family of four! read more

I hate writing bad reviews and especially with covid going on but ordered lunch here based on alot of good Google reviews decided to try something new and it was horrible.i ordered online the pick up time was 1pm got bourbon chicken and general tso's chicken luch combos,the bourbon chicken was burnt and weird and the general tso's was so hard and tasted and felt like it was old,no way was this fresh along with the rice being mushy and hard at the same time somehow.overall complete waste of money and had to be thrown away read more

Just don't. The egg rolls are bland grease sponges (not sure how, it's pretty difficult to mess up an egg roll), the rice tastes like it's been left in a college dorm fridge for a whole semester, and the chicken? Let's just say when you open up a container and it smells like an unidentified dead animal you toss it in the garbage because food poisoning is no joke. I would give this place 0 stars if possible the shrimp fried rice was under cooked the veggies were hard peas and carrots and onions were all still raw the shrimp was barely cooked all the way there was no soy sauce in the fried rice and food was spilled eevrywhere in the bag and I was just very disappointed with my service read more

We ordered through DoorDash and when we received the order there were missing items. I called the restaurant and the lady said if we wanted the missing items we had to come up and get them. I asked if one of her delivery people could bring it and she said she did not know where they were and they were too busy to send someone out. She was very rude. I said if I wanted to get it myself I would not have gone thru DoorDash. She basically said there was nothing they could do. She never sent anyone out with the rest of our food, so the money spent on it was just lost. If I were DoorDash I would drop this restaurant from my list of pick ups hey are giving them a bad name. read more

Disgusting. I work nearby and would order once a week. I stopped ordering because it was super greasy and made me sick to my stomach. This wasn't just a one time thing either. It went really downhill. The girl working would be making egg rolls, wipe her hands on a rag, take your payment and hand you your food only to go back to making egg rolls without washing her hands or putting on gloves. No wonder I was getting sick. And yes, the place is filthy inside and out. It truly looks abandoned. read more

I went there for lunch. I remembered reading a review where someone said it looked abandoned, but wasn't. They gave it a very good review. After my "lunch", I think it should really be abandoned. The pork lo mein was very bland and the only flavor I could detect was celery. The spring roll was really just cabbage, onions and celery in deep fried paper. The oil that they fried it in must have been old because it smelled rancid. The interior of the place was filthy in the dining room. Dirty tables, old splashes of food on the walls beside the booth. I checked out some others and they were all filthy. I'm glad I didn't see them cook my food or I might have been shocked and repulsed. DO NOT EAT or ORDER TAKE OUT from this sh*@hole. read more

I order take-out from here all the time. The restaurant is rarely used, so I don't eat in; it's not very welcoming. The lo mein is great as is the General Gao's chicken and steamed dumplings and also the rice. Portions are enormous. My boyfriend and I love it! It's the best in the area. I was so disappointed the last time I ordered from here. This has been our "go to" Chinese restaurant for yeaWe used to order here at least once a week, but haven't ordered for awhile due to negative things we have heard about it recently. We decided to order again & it was a waste of our money. One order was just not flavorful at all. It is the same thing we always ordered, but tasted nothing like it had consistently in the past. It was so bad that I only ate a few bites & threw the rest out. The other order we had was incorrect & when we called to tell the restaurant, they told us that we would have to come & pick up the correct order ourselves even though this was a delivery. We were told that we could get a free order the next time, but there will definitely not be a next time. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

This used to be our favorite place for years. In fact, every week on payday for 4 years we would order takeout from great garden. It was the very best no matter what you ordered. Well, times have changed. The owners have changed hands a few times and the current owners have let the place go. Kitchen is a filthy mess and 3 times in a row our food was nasty. Is there anything worse than raw chicken in general tso's? It was more breading than chicken and even the breading was raw dough. It appears the owners kids were left in charge and could care less how the food was handled.... or if any hygiene practice was followed concerning food stuffs and surfaces. THIS PLACE TAKES FOREVER. Expect over an hour for delivery no matter what time of day or who is working. There is no reason for that. Every time you call, they will say, "Oh, he's on his way"... really. OK. Great food and fair prices although the online menu is not very clear.
