This is the second time I have used Paul on an egress window project. This project was a little more interesting and creative. We had Paul's team dig out a tiered egress wall so that we could have a place to plant in the middle. We also choose some unique stone we found from a local landscape supplier. The team did an amazing job over 4 days digging it out and then laying and mortaring the stone. Super conscientious with mask wearing, cleaning up the job site and tidying everything up at the end of each work day. I trust Paul and his team to take the care and attention to detail this special project required. Would definitely use them again!

They were so easy to work with! I was sure that our space was too small to install an egress, but they did in in less than two days. It was so quick and easy, and it was really so minimally invasive while they were here!! They were great! We LOVE our new window!

Our home is over 100 years old and there are only a couple of companies in the Denver area that will install egress windows in historic buildings. Great Escape Egress is the one to choose! We did and have been pleased with the process, the window (special order), the price and the team's care around our home and landscaping. The install required custom trim work inside that the owner (Paul) redid to get just right. You may have to wait to get on this company's schedule - they're busy because they're good. The wait is worth it!

Our summer project for the house was to have an egress window installed. I did a little homework and had 3 different companies come out for an estimate. Even though Great Escape was more expensive than the other 2 estimates we went with them because we loved how upfront and honest they presented themselves. Paul first came out to talk to me and then came out a second time to speak to my husband. They are VERY clean, thorough, friendly, hard-working, honest and stand by their work. After the work was done my husband made the comment that he wishes we could get more egresses put into the other 4 windows in our basement. They did an awesome job, we don't regret going with them at all, we are vey happy with the results.

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows…read morewere fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

Don't hesitate, call now!  Over the past seven years we replaced all of our windows.  We did this…read morein thirds:  The first and second time we went through Discount Windows and Siding.  This is when they were discount windows.  Since then their prices tripled which prompted us to shop around, obtaining estimates from four more window companies.  Enter Jay from 303 Windows.  What a breath of fresh air!  From the first call Jay was prompt, professional, courteous, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, reasonable, observant, and keen on details (he was the only window man in seven years who pointed out that the grids in our windows did not match the others).  He's a straight shooter who won't steer you in the wrong direction.  Any follow-up questions or concerns are immediately addressed and resolved.  Others may have had lower bids, but Jay's integrity and confidence won the day.    From start to finish, the measuring, estimating, ordering and installation went without one hiccup.  I'd like to talk more about the people (very good communicators and listeners) before I describe the windows.  Rick came out to do the measuring.  He was fast and efficient.  Five guys showed up on installation day:  John, the front man who had the sweetest disposition, explained what they were going to do and how they would do it.  Dan, the most energetic and spry person I've met to date, elected to be the one to install the window over my jetted tub because he was the lightest of the men and wanted to place the least amount of pressure standing on it.  Let me clarify that most of the work was done from the outside on all windows.  Upon meeting Vincent he quipped, "Nice to meet you".  I can't tell you the last time a young man has said that to me.  Two other men showed up as I was leaving for work do I did not get their names.  These five professional, hardworking and very competent men installed 9 windows in 4 hours.  As with any project, touch-ups were needed.  Both John and Dan asked me for my touch-up paint so they could leave my walls as they found them.  I was totally impressed with their caulk lines by the way.   The windows:  We hesitated 2 weeks putting our blinds back up because the windows are so darn pretty to look at.  Functional?  Hell yes and way better than the Discount Windows we currently have and those we've seen from other companies.  303 Windows have more sophisticated features such as an aluminum bar running the length of the window to remove the screen (instead of cheap plastic tabs that break), clean lines, curved locks that your fingers can easily manipulate, and an overall design that makes the windows look elegant.  They are both lightweight and durable, open and close without throwing your back out, secure, and help reduce noise.  In addition, all parts can be replaced such as latches, locks and security features vs replacing the entire window.   Since starting this journey seven years ago, we've had a great deal of estimates and salesmen at our house including Andersen, Champion, Home Depot, Lowes, Southwest, Affordable, and Gravina's along with other companies and contractors we have long since forgotten.  Oh the stories we could tell!  Save yourself the time and frustration.  Call 303 Windows now!  I wish we would have seven years ago!
