There were two 3-inch holes in the dry wall where wires were hidden, along with a twelve smaller holes for the TV mount. Worrell answered the call for this immediately. Worrell was great, firstly, because he responded quickly to my request (within minutes), assessed that he could do the project, and offered me very immediate dates to arrive. Even more helpful was that his hours were flexible. I work during the day and had limited leave time. No problem! Worrell was there at 7:30 p.m. for me.
