Appointment unfortunately erased by the computer - they( husband and wife(owners)) would scramble to fit me in -telling me to come back later or wait until my stylist arrived. 2. Hair stylist who had been cutting my hair, moved away. Salon owners said they booked me with the stylist's friend. Yet on the subsequent 3 appointments, new stylist not at salon for one reason or another. 2 times she finally arrived later than my booked time. 3. Caused me a feeling of humiliation, worthlessnes, uncomfortably , while sitting in a chair waiting for stylist to arrive, the 2 owners, behind desk communicating in their language which I do not understand, spoke loud enough for me to hear that they "seemed not to know what to do for me. After around 20 minutes waiting, I left salon. I never even received a phone call or text of apology. I don't recommend this salon for individuals who are not part of the so called ethnic community. P.S. - please give the male owner the name of a dentist

For adults, Sean does a great cut too, and is always very detailed with his styling. Logistics: - There is a seating/waiting area that my son sits and can read books at while I get my haircut (we bring our own books). It is typically on the quieter side which is nice for those looking for a quieter environment. - They are appointment-only, made by phone call. Sean's days off are Wednesdays and Sundays. Saturdays tend to book quickly, so try and call about 2 weeks in advance if you are looking for a weekend date. - We usually show a picture of a previous cut as a photo reference. Highlights: - Mr. Sean is respectful, willing to listen to to our son, and was also ok with him running around and exploring while I was getting my haircut (which is a huge plus for an already anxiety-ridden mom [a.k.a. me]; envision a toddler running around in circles and asking a ton of questions about the haircut). - There is a "treat jar" for kids with an assortment of sweets for a job well done :) (My son's primary focus of our visit)

From when I stepped into the store and paid, it took about 30 minutes. Very quick, easy, and efficient. Love it. All for $36 + tip, a grand total of $41.40 which isn't horrible, but if you're on a budget, you can probably can get a cheaper haircut. This store rents out booths to the stylists, so definitely make sure to book your appointment before you go. Probably a very low chance that you'd find one sitting around waiting for a customer.

I am really disappointed with the service and professionalism of these hair stylists.I went there with my 3year old son for hair cut for him.1st of all I asked the (lady in grey hair:I will post her pic) not to cut his hair too much cause we are trying to keep his hair longer,but instead the first cut she did I knew it was wrong but she cut it sooo short there was no going back. It was horrible experience.Both sides were uneven and I refused to continue. 2second stylist comes and she made even worse:there is cut behind my sons ear. I complained ...their response was your is moving too much...maybe they should list....KID Unfriendly. It was during a bad time with COVID, and hair companies was closed for awhile. Sophie and the other hair stylist that I know there seems terrific. Their prices is not to bad either. I recommend this place very highly. Give them a chance!! Sophie the owner is a terrific person and hair stylist herself. While I was there, the phone was ringing every 5 minutes. I was told they're closed on Sundays and Mondays so Tuesdays are always busy with people calling in appointments. Sitting there listening, you could hear them booking up the week in one morning, with the following week being booked before I left. Yuni cut my hair and was able to communicate clearly in English, so absolutely no issues in conveying what I was looking for. They wash and style your hair as a part of the service. $30 price, before tip. They have signs up "requesting" tips be paid in cash, though Yuni was very flexible in letting me tip on credit card since I didn't have cash on me. Will be back given the proximity and skills!

Definitely recommend for Asian men with the standard coarse, straight hair.

I told him that my wife doesn't like it short. We agreed to try to keep most of the length. When I put my glasses back on after Brian was done, I was pretty surprised, and not pleasantly.
