She used a brown color and I said it looked dark. She said no it is just the light in here. Well it wasn't the light. I of course called the owner immediately, the arrogant SOB, and he didn't offer any refund or anything except to come in and let them fix it. It seems like the stylist only knows how to make the same cuts. My style looked exactly like my mother's who also went in for a cut but not the same style as mine yet we both left with the same cut. The Westin North Shore provided free shuttle services within a 5-mile radius and literally her salon was down the street. She asked me if I had any inspirational looks for today's transformation and sadly I didn't. I just told her I trusted her craft and to make me beautiful. It was my boyfriend's award not mine so don't make me look the center of attention but to blend in but with a sexy and classic look. She asked me what looks in the past I liked and disliked when getting my makeup done. I definately did not want to look pale like a ghost or loud. I believe Vianey is a magician and miracle worker all at the same time. I use to work in the entertainment industry so makeup and hair was a must but i changed careers a now work in a hospital setting so glamour was a secondary lifestyle to me. Getting glammed but by Vianey, I felt red-carpet ready for my closeup. She made me feel sexy and grown. Her talent and professionalism was next level. I only wish she was in California where I am from. From makeup to hair I felt glamourous. She even added a beautiful clip in my hair. From when I stepped into the store and paid, it took about 30 minutes. Very quick, easy, and efficient. Love it. All for $36 + tip, a grand total of $41.40 which isn't horrible, but if you're on a budget, you can probably can get a cheaper haircut. This store rents out booths to the stylists, so definitely make sure to book your appointment before you go. Probably a very low chance that you'd find one sitting around waiting for a customer.
