After overhearing the receptionist tell me " (stylist) would be right with me". She acknowledged that she heard that but didn't say anything. She offered me 2 openings on Thursday so I told her Thursday at 10, she said ok, and again apologized. I received a text that my appointment for Thursday was at 11 am??????? I called and was told she already had an appointment at 10 and I said yes with me because I was unable to do 11. NO!!!! with someone else?????? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH NONSENSE IN A SALON.
