I chose this salon because was within walking distance from my new apartment. That was as far from accurate as you could be. She just started on someone else. No one said anything. I sat there for 30 minutes and not one person, including the stylist who heard the receptionist welcome me bothered to speak to me. I left at 1:30. I got a call from the stylist apologizing profusely for the "miscommunication". She stated no one told her I was scheduled????? After overhearing the receptionist tell me " (stylist) would be right with me". She acknowledged that she heard that but didn't say anything. She offered me 2 openings on Thursday so I told her Thursday at 10, she said ok, and again apologized. I received a text that my appointment for Thursday was at 11 am??????? I called and was told she already had an appointment at 10 and I said yes with me because I was unable to do 11. NO!!!! with someone else?????? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH NONSENSE IN A SALON. So very disappointed. I would verify any appointments with this salon as they do not seem to know how to make them accurately.
