This was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. This lady spent literally 30 seconds cutting my hair, telling me the whole time how dry it was. She was SO rude. Steer clear of a short lady with blonde in her hair. Rude and not good at alllll I could have done a better job on my own. read more

I've gone here before and gotten good cut. Today I thought I was in good hands. I went in with my hair done the way in style It on a daily. Asked her to keep the part and trim the top about 1/2 inch. Basically just During the cut She had gone too high on the side. The part disappeared and it became a comb over. The top itself is not even at all!! I had to come home and even it out myself. At the end I walked out , went home pissed that now I have to wear a hat for another month until it grows out and I can go to a professional. read more

I've paid up to $85 for a haircut and the $7.99 - $13.00 cuts at Great Clips are just as good. They just don't take an hour plus to do it, or try to sell you $50.00 worth of goop. 3 members of our family go here and we always have had great experiences. Granted, we always get a pretty simple cut, but nonetheless, it always looks great. My sister and I always get either a trim or full cut with a little bit of layering and side angled bangs. We've each been in there 4 different times and seen by 4 different people and they've always done a great job and have been nice. This previous summer was first time my sister ever got her hair cut and she was so nervous. The girl was incredibly sweet, was so careful not to cut too much off, and didn't mind me as I sat close to kind of play mother hen and comfort my sister. My dad actually switched from his "higher end" barber shop to this Great Clips and has actually been more satisfied with his cuts. Another cool thing about this place is that they save in the computer what they've done to your hair, (for guys, what number on the hair trimmer they use) so if you like it or what something a little different, they can adjust accordingly. I also really like the Great Clips app. Check In at home, then run over to the shop. It should be your turn or very close to when you get there. Definitely worth a visit for $13. My hair was about the length of my shoulders if not longer and I finished with my hair up to the chin and all I wanted was a trim. I went in and spoke to the hairdresser. I told her I dyed my hair recently and it needed a good trim. We agreed to take off some length but nothing crazy because I am growing my hair out. She had asked if I wanted her to trim the one side to match the other a little better. I said sure and she did. We finished and I get home and realize that one side of my hair is longer than the other side. It looked like she just took her scissors and did a blunt cut in the front and nothing else on that one side...I don't know how I didn't notice it there or how she didn't. But my hair was majorly two different lengths on each side. So I went back and had her "fix it". She trimed the other side but didn't blend to the back and when I pointed it out she said she would want her manager to do it because she didn't want to cut anymore...which was probably a good idea because my hair seriously looks horrible and I mean horrible. I came back that afternoon to have the manager fix it. She did and did a good job but now my hair is a lot shorter... Lucky it got fixed and they gave me a refund. But one major reason I give such a low score was how they spoke to me about it. When I was speaking with the manager she told me the hairdresser told her that during my first consultation I said to take some length off like it was my idea to mess up my hair...They made me feel like I had to defend myself on their mistake. I had to keep reminding the manager that I didn't tell the hair dresser to make one side of my hair shorter than the other... I know people don't like to admit to their mistakes but my hair was so messed up.... that it was crazy and so unprofessional to make it seem like it was my fault. read more

I give this location another chance yet again and I'm disappointed yet again, I have a simple hair cut. I Get a 1 cut one the side and finger length on top and front long enough to flip up! I wear glasses so its Hard for me to accurately watch them in the mirror as they cut my hair both times my sideburns have been messed up and very choppy as well as parts of The top of my hair have not been evenly cut clearly not done right! This will explain why they get people in and out so quickly they're doing quantity not quality! read more

My friend has an exaggerated graduated bob and it was blended perfectly. I keep my hair short and I have had the hardest time finding a stylist that can blend my style well. When I told Casey that her reply was, "Its easy". I have paid allot of money to get the kind of hair cut that Casey provides. I wish that I could have selected negative 5 stars. I had my ruined by a Hispanic lady who then proceeded to scream and yell at me when I didn't want her to touch my hair again. She didn't listen to what I asked for then started cutting away. I don't know what her problem was but I was so upset that I just wanted to leave but then she had a really nasty attitude towards me. I then said I am not paying for this...she ruined my hair and started telling me I was disrespectful and rude and it was all about the money. I turned around and told her that I had it cut by another lady who did a great job and nothing like what she did. And she kept screaming at me. I left there in tears...ruined hair and embarrassed by the person who just didn't know how to treat people. Never again. I was sitting at the station with the name P.
