A gentleman ( may be Hispanic, gray hair) cut my daughter's hair here on Saturday and totally ruined my daughter's hair.. I told him long enough to make a high ponytail about one to 2 inches below the shoulder . When he made the first cut I knew it was too late .. haircut ended up being too short and worse, it's all uneven. He just cut straight across. I honestly don't think this person has a license. If you need a haircut for your little girl, please don't come here spend a little bit more money and go somewhere else now I have to wait months to take my daughter somewhere else to fix what he did. read more

I have to say I really enjoy this establishment. I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad haircut here. In fact, I get an amazing haircut at every visit. In addituin to the great haircuts I receive, the staff has always been very sweet and personable to me. I am old school and I believe that customer service is still the most important thing in business, and this place has great customer service. Specifically asked for a long shag with no more than 1/2 inch off the length. She looked confused. I said everything is cut at a 180°. She said she doesn't know how to do those youtube haircuts. This is not a new haircut, it's been around since the 80's. She should have known it existed before me. I should have left then, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I asked if she needed pics. She said yes. I showed her a picture of the angles, the lines, and the results. She said okay. First thing she did was bring half the back of my hair up and cut off 3 inches. This is not my first time getting this haircut and my mom is a pro, but I'm military and just move to a new area. I freaked on the inside. She didn't section off my hair at all, and the second cut she was about to make was my bangs. All her replies are logical and do make sense, but she also cut corners and it's obvious to someone who knows hair and this is why I will take the time to cut my own. While I was waiting, there was a young boy next in line getting his haircut and the African American woman literally made the most RUDEST COMMENTS TO THE young boy stating that his hair was "stinky, oily and dirty." this manger of this establishment needs to be fired! There's been many incidents where she has been rude and disrespectful, and claims she wasn't. I've been going here since I was a kid, but ever since she's been there everytime I go it's just been a horrible experience. I don't understand the level of disrespect when you just simply ask a question. Then proceeds to say you can leave and not pay, or move to another chair. Walked in to get my 3 kids hair cut, they weren't busy. The African American said it's going to be a long wait because my other person isn't here. I said it was fine, I didn't mind waiting. She was huffing and puffing, she didn't wanna sign me in. She was extremely rude, I'm the most understanding person. I get it, people don't show up & it puts extra stress on the people that do. Just walked in a while ago to get a hair cut and I ended up leaving. The lady there working this morning has some work to do on her customer service skills. As I walked in she asked me if I had checked in online... but it wasn't what she said, it was how she said it. Right away I felt this sense of hostility and I told her that I did. So she told me that she was the only one there this morning and that it would be another 10 minutes or so till I was next and asked me to wait in my car. I guess I made a face of dissatisfaction because she went on to say that she was sorry for the inconvenience. And again, with a hostile tone. Upset is an understatement. Beware, don't get your hair cut with Nina because she will end up doing whatever she wants and ignoring what you are asking her to do. Even if you interject and say you prefer a certain way, she just retorts, "I know what I'm doing." She completely messed up my haircut and cut way too much and I can barely get my hair to rest behind my ear, when before I could easily put all my hair up in a ponytail. So annoyed!!! read more
