Ranjna is absolutely wonderful! I booked with her after quickly scrolling through hair salons…read moreBurnaby, and seeing that she was open later than a lot of the rest. I called around 6pm, and booked for 6:30pm today. I was running a bit late so I called to let her know. She said no problem, thank you. Making an appointment is so easy, since she always answers the phone by the third ring. When I arrived at the salon, she greeted me warmly with a smile and she was ready to begin her services on my hair. She was very informative. Explained in full what she was going to do step by step. Answered all of my questions happily and is really great to talk with. She is very kind and has fantastic manners. My hair has never looked better. She got my entire long(26") head of hair to a beautiful blue black, jet black. (From another hair stylists poor job of blotchy black, brown-black.) She dyed my eyebrows jet black with a special dye. There was absolutely no mess around my forehead, ears, nape of neck, or eyebrows. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment she applied that and massaged it into my head/hair. I always opt for air dry because my hair drys beautifully without any heat. She sprayed my hair with leave in conditioner and gave me a brand new black detangling brush, that she took out of the package to detangle my hair with. Near the beginning she had asked me if I like black. I said yup. I Wasn't sure if she was referring to my black hair or my nails that had just been shellaced black. But I think it was actually for the brush, she is very thoughtful. So for all of my services it cost me $118. $85 for full long hair color $25 for leave in treatment $6 for dying eyebrows + tip Her services are absolutely fantastic, and I will 150% be going back. Thanks Ranjna! :)

She was thoughtful, quiet, yet attentive, consistently making sure I was comfortable. The salon truly went above and beyond with their VIP treatment: snacks, drinks, and impeccable service. The only thing that I didn't like is how they kept adding extra things without my consent. Such as hair treatment however, they asked me about scalp treatment so that was ok. But she added hair treatment without letting me know first. So that was added to my bill. That's why it's at 4 stars instead of 5! The male stylist also provided excellent care and shared helpful insights about hair care that I hadn't known before. It made the experience all the more valuable. I'll definitely be coming back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone I know--and to anyone looking for quality service. Thank you, Bella and the team, for the wonderful work!

This place is old, like a hole in wall hair salon. Besides the owner operator (Korean specializing in Korean hair styles I am thinking, based on the signboard outside), there are two other freelance stylists. One specializes in cornrow, braiding, Ghana weaving etc and the other on beauty treatments like eyebrow threading, waxing etc. You could see the info on the store front. This makes for a very diverse services available here. My stylist did not talk much maybe due to language as she was chatting more to another customer in Korean. That was fine with me as I just wanted someone who knew what they are doing with hair. She examined my hair and suggested to match my existing color. I liked that she did not just do black when my hair was a mix of dark and honey brown (previous colored version). I was very pleased with the result as the roots were covered and blended in with the existing colors perfectly. I also liked that she did not over style my hair as I preferred a low maintenance just blow dry and go look. At $65 plus tax/tips, I thought it was pretty fair price. I hardly color my roots as I usually do a whole coloring thing so I am not sure if this is the usual price. It took about 90 minutes.
