I brought my shaggy son in... clearly he no longer has the hairstyle that is in the system. 4 on back and sides and 8 on top. His was more like a 2 on the back/sides and 5 inches on top. We really wanted JUST the top trimmed out of his eyes. Maybe down to 3 inches. This smart cookie cutting his hair was honed in on only what was in the system, and seemingly could not understand anything else... Fine, it will grow and it's hot as hades here, where we are visiting. Then smart cookies proceeded to tell me that a 4 on the back and sides would be a waste as it's shorter... no, really???? I know, as a 2 was used back in March and it's probably just reaching a 4 now... Like I said, smart cooking there... So, she used an 8 on top, did some blending, but this kid with fine hair, now has staggered long pieces and looks more like Caillou from pbs kids. Don't go here if you are sporting a new style and want to change up what is in there system, because they don't understand change. read more

I called back and said I didn't mean to offend all you had to do is answer yes or no, that would be the mature professional thing to do. she said no and then went off on me. One star for price and one star for friendliness. Other than those two things, this place should be avoided. I have tried several times to get a decent (not great - only decent) haircut and have never succeeded. I kept trying because I usually got a different provider but it seems their primary goal is to get you in and get you out. Yes they are friendly but I don't come here to make friends - I come for a nice haircut. I've left with bald spots on one side, missing clumps from the top and overly long sections at the crown. I'm sure they could do better if they would just SLOW DOWN. But - maybe I'm wrong. read more

Overdue for a haircut and was able to get right in with online check in. My stylist, Heather, did a great job cutting my naturally curly hair. It needed some texturing and a little tlc in this desert climate. My hair is used to humidity and responds well to it, the lack of moisture in the desert air causes my hair to fall flat. Today's hair cut gave me some lift and volume. Pleased with the results. I will be back. read more

Just had my haircut by Erin, this particular store's assistant manager. She was absolutely AWESOME!!!! I have also had my hair done in the past by Heather and Elizabeth. They too were great at their jobs. Let me tell you I highly recommend this location. They are all super sweet, very attentive, greet you with a smile, and keep notes so they know how you like your hair when you sit down in the chair, they still check with you before they cut away just to make sure you aren't wanting something different that time. They also are very respectful of your mood that day. They are mindful of your cues, if you are feeling chatty they are very happy to engage in conversation, if you are wanting just a quick cut they are just down to get the job done. Oh, by the way, tonight I wanted a shampoo and Erin gave me a GREAT shampoo....really relaxing. I think I may bribe Erin for an extended shampoo next time...lol. The only thing I'm kind of bummed about is that the do not do color or waxing. Maybe some day they will consider branching out, who knows. Give'em a try. Their prices will blow your mind! Awful experience here. I have long hair and just came in for a trim since I had a coupon. I told the hair stylist that I would only like one inch cut off. She argued with me and said I needed four inches cut off then called over another hairstylist to have her tell me the same thing. They made me feel awful about my hair. read more
