I have sat in the waiting list with reminder texts being sent. Supercuts corporate wins the over reminder reward. I have scheduled surgery, dental/doctor, even Southwest day of flight info and car service appointments and never receive this over abundance reminders. My favorite is the reminder just after you make the wait list appointment and my next favorite is the 7am reminder text, day of, and 6 hours prior to the appointment with continued emails and texts leading up to the wait list time. As for employees and this business, they are awesome and provide excellent services!!! **This is a corporate issue and not the local business issue.

I can honestly say that the lady and the gentleman are super hard workers!! You know when you bring someone elderly that is hard of hearing and both employees bend over backwards to try to communicate what hair style to accomplish....that this is a good day!!! After the haircut they did her nails!! We picked out the gel so it would last longer. This was a nice pamper treatment! This place is small but efficient! The prices are a lot cheaper than most salons. Nothing fancy. It's just a small business trying to make a living in an expensive world!

Cute salon inside and bright since the storefront is all windows in front. Parking is easy to find…read morein their private lot. The stylists inside are all friendly. I was there with an appointment to see Nicki for a haircut and style. This salon accepts walk ins too. This time I opted for embracing my curls and having her cut the back with more layers to show my curls and layer it more. She usually straightens it with a blow dryer. This time she used a diffuser. I also get a color touch up and she is great about discussing the color options with you by bringing out her book of color. Please note that since this place takes walk ins, that means that your color process with Nicki may take more time if she accepts a walk in while you are waiting for your color to saturate your hair. If you don't like waiting for her to finish someone else who walked in during your appt, then do not get started with her. Maybe there's another stylist there who doesn't do this but it does ruin the "salon, relaxing experience" when you watch someone else get out the door before you who came in after you without an appt! Nicki was able to quicly get the walk in done in the nick of time, however, this is not always the case. Just tell her ahead of time that you do not like this being done and I'm sure she will work with you somehow. My curly cut turned out good, my color was just right and I would recommend Nicki but being that she's a caring professional who wants to stay busy, tell her in advance about your expectations and you'll receive the best outcome.

I ask again to confirm it was still gonna be 70-100 dollars and they told me no. It was gonna be $140. so I cancel my appt rude service.

Honestly, the fading was some of the worst, all you kept saying was your hair if thick probably 3 times you also left the back way longer the it should've been. But in my opinion your 45 minutes definitely isn't worth the 50 dollars let alone in your area. I didn't plan on going back nor do I. I was more concerned on how you would address the issue that you could've easily fixed in maybe 10 minutes and it was 60 dollars total 50 for the cut 10 as a tip.
