I went to K artistry salon a few months ago, sent photos of the look I wanted ( a balayage and a few money pieces) and was not happy with my first session so I did in fact message Kim to ask to fix it, which she gladly did. At first, my hair did look better after being styled it was not what I was initially asking for, but at this point, I just wanted it fixed. After styling my hair myself, I found so many horrible spots that were left not colored. It was such a lazy job I was so upset. I had to pay almost 300 for a color repair with someone else literally right after Kim did my hair. I'm never going back again. Please check your hair before you leave.
