Once she arrived in my home, she greeted us warmly, was very professional with her work and sweet to my kids who were eating breakfast at the dining table when she arrived (she was doing my makeup and hair for our winter family photos). It took her about 5-10 mins to set up and she had her own chair for me and a full beautiful setup with all her makeup/etc. I can't say enough great things about Janel. She was very professional throughout the entire process - from my initial inquiry all the way through the actual make-up application. I received so many compliments on my make-up that day and am very impressed at the fact that my make-up stayed flawless for OVER 12 HOURS.
