I'm not sure what you are referring to as squeezing me you had lots of an availability on squire, that's how's I was even able to get an appointment being said even after I had texted you, you still had openings at 12:45 and 3 o'clock and you didn't get back to me until like the following day so and it wasn't just that one piece. Honestly, the fading was some of the worst, all you kept saying was your hair if thick probably 3 times you also left the back way longer the it should've been. But in my opinion your 45 minutes definitely isn't worth the 50 dollars let alone in your area. I didn't plan on going back nor do I. I was more concerned on how you would address the issue that you could've easily fixed in maybe 10 minutes and it was 60 dollars total 50 for the cut 10 as a tip. read more

Very pleased to say the least. Ray immediately texted me with an online booking option that worked perfectly for me. Upon arrival I found the shop to be clean and popping. Music videos were playing and there was a very cool vibe. I felt comfortable and welcomed. I was looking for a new Barber, that was closer to home. My last one was good but really out of the way. There is a lot of nerves and apprehension in picking a new Barber. I found Ray based on his reviews, which was great. At our first appointment I showed him a picture of me, of how I wanted my hair to match this cut. Ray, did such an amazing job, I forgot my hair was shorter in that picture. He was picture perfect. He looked at the picture for like a second and was like, I got you. My 8 year old is apprehensive when it comes to new things, so he was not excited about a new barber. I've lived in Galt all my life and had never noticed Cutting Edge, so when I did I booked his appointment with Raymond (the owner). Raymond was super polite, introduced himself (shook my hand, big sign of respect for me)! He asked me what I wanted done with my sons hair and I explained to him and showed him some pictures. Within 30 minutes my kid was all cleaned up and we were on our way. As soon as we stepped out of the shop my son asked if I could keep bringing him to Raymond cause he really liked him and he also stated how he was so happy he didn't cut him (his old barber would always cut him in a couple places when giving him a haircut). So here we go. My wife booked a appt for me with Raymond Juarez, when she booked the appt, she was told that the barber would be wearing a mask. I also would be wearing a mask because I have a auto immune disease. When I got there, I was the only one wearing a mask. 6 were not. They asked if I had a appt and i said yes at 2:30. They said Raymond was in the back. So i waited about 10 minutes and then he came out. He asked if i was sick and i told him no and that i have a auto immune disease. He asked if I needed to wear my mask and I said yes and that I would like him to as well. He said he couldnt cut my hair with it on. And he wasn't going to wear one either. He said I could come back when this was all over. Not a chance. He should have just told my wife the truth at booking and saved us both alot of time. He was rude and didn't care. First off, the customer service was great, we could chat all day about an array of topic, mainly sports. Mark was the one cutting my hair but he and Raymond both were just really good dudes. They make sure you get what you came in for. Very customer friendly and put a lot of attention to detail into the hair cut. Went in not expecting much, and ended making a couple friends and they cleaned me up nicely. I got a 5-3, line up with a taper fade. Came in on a Tuesday their was a girl that I've never seen and a guy I've seen a couple times. So I wait about 40 mins and their still cutting the same peoples hair.
