Been coming here on and off for years. Very friendly service always! But my haircuts aren't ever actually even. I've been given numerous explanations such as "ur hairs growth pattern" or differences amongst hair types (A1 hair here). Over the years I've had about 10 different staff members here be unable to make the back of my hair actually evened out when that's truthfully my only request. I personally don't know anyone who enjoys uneven haircuts, and I'm truthfully tired of being requested to come back so I can get fixed complementary as I've already paid for the service. Took my 12 year old son to get a haircut here, I will never go back again I ended up getting home getting out my shares and giving finishing the haircut did not trim the back around the ears nothing just took a little bit off the top and it actually looked worse than when we got there. I highly recommend not using this place $20 and then had to go home and finish the haircut myself that's just crap. read more

There are two stylists I like to see when I go here and as long as I stick to them I am always satisfied with the results. The check in process is one of my favorites features of Great Clips and a big advantage for me personally and major differentiator for them. read more

Horrible haircut experience. Asked for a #1 to #3 fade/taper with half inch off the top. What did I get? 1950' butch cut straight up the sides....no taper, no fade. Top wasn't even blended into thee sides. Worse haircut ever. Sides are uneven looking and they must be using cheap clippers. It was an older lady with white hair who didn't really seem to care or know better how to provide a real haircut or style. Anyone can cut hair shorter It takes a trained barber to give a haircut with a style. **** and here's the kicker... She started coughing just a few minutes in my haircut and told me that she has been suffering a cough for many weeks. THEN WHY is she coming to work where she's handling dozens of peoples heads throughout the day? Five days later I'm in urgent care and diagnosed with pneumonia. Hundreds of dollars in bills... Three days lost work...All because this ignorant dumb ass comes in to work when she's sick and working with the public. And she knows it's serious because she's felt with the cough for four weeks. She should be fired and obviously doesn't care anything about the customer experience or satisfaction. I'll never return to this place !! read more

This place sucks so much the stylists are bad people and don't care what you say. I went I and said I wanted an inch cut off of the top and my side's faded and what does she do she goes and shaves off the side's and cuts the top down to one inch in conclusion don't go here unless you want too look like crap read more

This place is absolutely horrendous, the staff are very snappy and do not like it when you ask them to make small adjustments to your haircut, they suck at keeping a civil conversation and the only time they truly speak to you is when they say "welcome to great clips" you are better off asking your small infant child to cut your hair instead... read more

Like going to the butcher's without a selection of meat. I have only been here twice and honestly I don't think I'd go back if they paid me. Awful haircuts each time (and all I get is a simple guy's haircut). Save yourself the trouble and for a dollar more you can go to Headlines in downtown Fenton and get a good haircut. read more
