If I could give 0 stars I would, I have curly hair and I told jen the lady who cut my hair that i straighten it a lot. So she said ok and was gonna make sure my hair was blended. I was very satisfied until I go home and straighten my hair and it is like a shelf on my head. She was supposed to put layers but no she took off half of my hair. It looks so dumb. For a very reasonable/cost haircut this shop can't be beat. I used to pay $100 for a cut - easily..Supercuts has saved me loads of money. Just moved to Fenton and stopped by here for a long overdue cut...Alysa (she has moved on) was terrific. She listened to what I wanted and cut my hair addressing my concerns. They are fast and professional...you won't have a great deal of "pampering" here but for a simple cut or trim - it is worth a stop. read more

Looking for a place to get a "quick cut" call here to see if there's a wait cuz I'm in a hurry. Literally get there a minute later and there a 1/2 hour wait?! What? Waste of my precious time. The lady who cut my hair was amazing,she listened to me and did everything I asked her to do and more !! A true hair stylist and she walked me through exactly what she was doing . I have had a few bad experiences with hair stylists and this stylist is truly amazing. I will keep coming back for sure read more

Not even a one star.... Complete sh** hair cut. I've gotten better haircuts from people who don't know how to cut, really makes me question who you guys are hiring. I went to Supercuts in Fenton and got butchered. I gave the lady their a picture of the hair cut I wanted, told her the length on the sides and told her to hardly touch the top I wanted half an inch off. Then before she started cutting I told her again not to go past mid nose. Ypu guys see where this is going? my hair is completely butched right now and my hair is above my eye brows, not sure how you can mess up that bad. I guess I shouldve handed her a ruler and gave her a dotted line on wear to cut. Never going back again have never heard good things about this place don't make my mistake. They don't know how to cut hair. read more

Staff has held steady. They've remodeled the shop. And colors with Kris continue to be awesome! Their prices on products are reasonable too.
