The woman who cut my hair was very nice and I thought she did a decent job until I got home. I looked over my new cut and saw that the left and the right side of my hair were not the same lengths. I then saw really uneven layers that were choppy and did not flow with my hair. The haircut was really cheap so really, I got what I paid for. They only know how to do simple minimal haircuts. Don't take your kids there. They don't cut the hair how you want it, what's the point of getting your hair cut if you can't get what you want?! I walked in for a cut and was greeted by Kelly. I was number 8 on the list but since no one was showing up Kelly took me in after waiting for 10mins. I did a check in online and was alerted it was a 40 minute wait.. No problem! I was able to run errands before heading over to Great Clips. Janae was a my hair stylist and did an amazing job. Provided great customer service and listened to my needs. She always asked if it was OK to do the next step before she did it. My boyfriend went and got his hair cut here about 2 months ago. He has long hair and just wanted the dead ends cut off, so a straight across cut. No layering lol. The lady also offered to clean up his neck hair. He came home really patchy on his neck and they didn't part his hair straight and make sure his hair around his face was even at all. I asked him if they did this as that's what I've had done every Time I've gotten my hair cut Anywhere. As his hair was not parted evenly like he got any service at all. It's definitely a nice fun place to get your haircut but they never listen when you tell them you want to go shorter. I have a lot of hair and I always want to chop it off because its just heavy and hot. I ask for 6 inches and they'll say, "how bout 4?" No! Like i know what I want, i know i wont be able to put it all up but please just take off the weight. Im not going from Rapunzel to Tinkerbell. Its just six inches. Not a great cut today. Got an eye roll from the gal cutting my hair when I asked her if Sunday was busy, then was passive aggressively told that "most people remember my number" when she didn't check the computer to see which clipper to use. Fastest cut I've ever gotten, and that's not a good thing. Completely ignored my sideburns and neck. Gruff personality - felt like I was on eggshells sitting in the chair. What a great value for the cuts you get at Great Clips!!! I've paid $40 for a cut and when I got home I would find issues with the cut. Also if your hair look weird after a week you know the cut was not good. I am happy to say that's not the case at the Business Center Dr. Location. The cuts have been good and still looking great even after a 2 weeks. If you can get Heather for your cut, she rocks!! She remembered my name and personal stuff we talked about weeks ago. I checked in with the app 37 minutes ahead and was ignored twice by staff, who let others go first. The hair dresser that did my one year old's hair was the coldest rudest hair dresser and was noticeably frustrated and impatient. My son had the worst hair cut and I wouldn't recommend this place to any mom!!! read more

I have always been very skeptical of places like this (chain hair solons) they always seem to have fairly low standards. BUT this place is above and beyond what I thought it was going to be. Amanda cut my hair the first time she is super nice very friendly and knows what she is doing my hair is very fine but there's a lot of it so it can be hard to get a even cut. She did it like she had done it a million times before I'm super happy with this place there's never a long wait the online checkin is easy and all of the staff is friendly though I only allow Amanda to cut my hair I am very protective over it lol I would and have recommended them to many of my friends after my first time I was so happy I now get "regular" hair cuts not just my old once or twice a year. Went here for a simple bang trim. Some chic helped me with red hair (don't know her name) she butchered my bangs. Totally uneven, thinned one side, but not the other, and look like $@*%! I checked in on their app around 7pm and it said I had a 50 minute wait. I arrived at the parking lot around 7:25pm and it looked pretty busy in there with all chairs taken. I decided to wait for a few minutes till it slowed down and walked in at 7:50 after a group of people walked out. I was denied service and my name was deleted from their appt waiting list. Their door sign says it closes at 8pm not 7:50. What's the point of making an appt then? Won't be visiting this place again. read more

He has severe autism and cries through haircuts. He started crying in the chair and the stylist refused to cut his hair. First time that has ever happened. Ashley W. Cut my hair as a walk in about 2 weeks ago. I originally asked for a LOB, long bob, since my hair was about 5 inches passed my shoulders and on dire need of style. She mentioned that a shorter cut (than the 2 inches off i requested) would look better and before i knew it my 5 inches past my shoulder were gone. I ended up with a BOB.
