They have done remodeling and they are a matrix salon which makes me love it that much more!!!!!! The stylists that work here are so friendly, respectful, funny, welcoming and THEY ARE INCREDIBLE at what they do. It's hard for me to think that anyone has ever had a bad experience here. Mariana is my personal stylist and I can't brag on her enough. But, EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING. Not only are they amazing at hair, I get frequent spray tans as well as waxing. I was able to choose which stylist to see which is a great feature but since I had never been there before I chose "any stylist" from the website. When I arrived I only had to wait a short time and was seen by the next available stylist at the time I was scheduled. My stylist was also the manager, Jackie Willhite. She cut my hair in a very cute, easy to manage style that she recommended, which she cut far above better than my prior hairdresser in Washington DC had ever done. I recently went back to Rebecca, June 2020 for highlights after her salon had been closed due to the COVID-19 lock down. I was greeted at locked door, by her friendly receptionist, Jenna. I had my temperature taken, given a mask and then seated at Rebecca's station chair that was sanitized before me sitting down. She first took her time discussing my hair color, my wants, likes and the color shades she professionally recommended for me and she did so as if I were her only appointment or client. She did just what I wanted and I was very pleased. She brought back my natural blonde hair color, just as I wanted. After I left I was back & forth on maybe wanting a few more highlights added. So I called a couple of days later to make an appointment to have more added. She was very happy to do so. She WOULD NOT let me pay her for having them added. I kept my hair short and didn't need a stylist of her caliber until recently when Wifey asked me to grow my hair out. So, I did but I didn't know what to do with it and it grew in unexpectedly curly! Jenn may have other specialties, but I've always known her to have magical talents with curly hair. Wifey made an appointment for me and I'll be a loyal patron from now on based on that experience. I got a style, an education about curly hair, entertainment, an affordable fancy schmancy product (turns out my all-in-one body wash, breakfast beverage, shampoo, and earlobe lube wouldn't work anymore), and a bit of confidence about how to handle my new luscious locks. We were very pleased with everything. I especially have to brag on my masseuse Matt. I've been dealing with upper arm pain for about 10 months. I've even been to another masseuse and I have received very little relief. Matt worked on my "locked" muscle and I'm almost back to normal. I literally slept with my arm under my pillow for the 1st time in months NO PAIN Give this spot a try. Can't wait to go back.
