My daughter (10) had some pink added to her hair and a trim. Turned out beautiful-she was very happy! A week later she wanted to add some tinsel and I was way overdo for a cut. Miranda did a wonderful job on both of us. I also saw (what I believe) the owner and another stylist working at the same time. Everyone there is so personable and friendly. My husband and son have been clients for forever, even when they were in Ramsey, going roughly every 3 months or so. It's a great spot with wonderful people. Anyone you see, you'll be in great hands. Peluquería. The…read moreworst place I've ever been to in my life, I showed a picture to the lady called Layna what I wanted and she told me there was no problem. The result was horrendous. I wanted some highlights to blend with my white hair and it turned out she did yellow chonk highlights and I told her very clear that I didn't want yellow or orange, that what I wanted was gray, it was really a disaster. She said they would do it again but I was really scared to go again because my hair had already been bleached and I didn't want to ruin any more hair, it was definitely disastrous and at the end of everything we discussed Layna said I should go 2 or 3 times to achieve that but then I asked her why didn't she tell me before and I could decide whether to do it or not, and not only is that , they used my card from the first time I went there because when I left no one charged me and they used my card from my first visit without my consent and debited $180 Layna had told me $120 I feel totally scammed because I did not authorize that transaction and not only did she destroy my hair, but the worst is used my credit card without my authorization, and that's not fair.
