It's still relatively new so some things have not been set up at the time of this writing. For example, the main entrance is locked and there is no bell to ring. So, you need to call your stylist to come let you in. I'm sure that will be solved quickly. I can't review the stylists since we still use the same one we're always used, and don't know any of the others. However, the location is large, with many open rooms that I'm sure will fill quickly.

My hair color appointment took 6.5 hours, which is usually normal considering I have thick course black and teal hair trying to go to coral. She seriously gave me all of her attention and even bought me dinner because I was there for so long! In the end, it turned out way better than I could have imagined. The color is so vivid and matched the photo I showed her to a T.
