I've been bouncing around to different salons in the area for years, never leaving fully satisfied. I left Jess's chair SATISFIED! So often my hair isn't lifted enough, is brassy, bangs not trimmed right, etc.. I don't consider myself a picky person but I don't like brassiness in my hair. It's not that difficult to fix if you know what you're doing. Note: the pink was already there. I just had Jess fix my awful root job and get some pink that had bled onto my blonde hair off.

Originally I had a time crunch and needed to be seen immediately and unfortunately was unable to be seen but I got lucky and my meeting got pushed back so Roxy at the front desk was so helpful and called up the stylist, Stephanie, to see if she would be willing to see me after her scheduled appointment in a few minutes. She was and I was able to come back to get my blowout!! Now, all of this information is important because Roxy was so accommodating but Stephanie was an absolute PLEASURE. We chatted the whole time and had a little ball together. She was so friendly and sweet and truly made my day. She even trimmed and styled my hair!!! I am obsessed with Cache forever and would give 100 stars if I could.
