i cannot even give one star to this place. They totally ruined a striped dress shirt than came back with all the colors bled though. I have taken this shirt to be laundered and pressed 4or 5 times previously with no problems. They blamed it on the shirt ( I had 3 or 4 other striped shirts in the same order my same mfg with no problems) and then on me and then started yelling at me. I wanted to be 50% reimbursed to the shirt which was basically brand new and they refused to even admit their mistake. Horrible business people and awful to deal with. Highly recommended. I needed shirts washed and pressed on short notice in an out of town business trip. The hotel wanted to charge eight dollars apiece! :-0 I found this gem on Yelp and tried it based on the reviews. $2.40 per shirt on hangers. :) Both workers I met (owners?) were friendly and concerned about customer service. Normally, they may not be able to do same-day service, because they wash overnight. But I lucked out, I dropped mine off at around 7:30 AM and they still had washing to do, so he promised me the shirts would be ready by 5 PM. They looked beautiful. So, expect overnight service, but if you call at 7 AM and ask, they may be able to do same day for you. PS. I called them at 6:55 AM and they answered the phone. Refreshing service in a world that tends to close stores early and not answer phones until they absolutely have to! read more

This place is GREAT! Very friendly staff and excellent service. I will be returning to this place and will have all my future dry cleaning needs serviced here. A little tip to you military folks living on the base nearby. Come here if you realized that your dress uniform pants dont fit anymore and need tailoring. They fixed my pants and pressed it within the hour I was there. THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER! I was shoked when I went to pick up my and my husband's clothing and the women who works there, her name is Sun, sad that I already picked it up. Even though part of my slip they had in the place where they keep slips of the people who didn't pick up their stuff yet. When she realized that she has lost my stuff she tried lying and pretended that she doesn't speak English. Then when I wasn't giving up she started making up another story about someone else picking up my clothes for me. But I know it's not possible because my husband is deployed. If I were you I wouldn't go there, why take a chance?! "Great cleaners" are not so great. read more

Loyal customer here. I work nearby and have been using their service for almost 15 years, through the change in ownership years ago, and have never been disappointed. The service actually gets better I think. They are very friendly and proactive in terms of finding and solving problems (such as stains or tears). Hemming is never a problem. Dry cleaning and pressing are well done. I know a chain opened across the street several years ago but I haven't been there. No reason to. I have used Great Cleaners for a number of years, always with good results, but today's exceptional service deserves notice. I brought in a wool blazer to Great Cleaners in Bedford, which I needed cleaned quickly for business. They helpfully warned me about an impending storm, which would close the store the following day. Because time was short, the owner said he could spot clean and press it right away, no charge. I expect to pay for good service especially from a small family owned business, and said so. When I returned an hour later, the owner refused any payment and said he was it something he wanted to do. Respectfully, if reluctantly, I picked my money off the counter, thanked him and assured him I was a loyal customer that would keep coming back.
