One of the doodle is more of a poodle and I said I would understand if she needed to go shorter. I picked them up and our more poodle boy had a burn/cut on his ear flap and lots of scratches inside his ear from whatever plucking tool she used. I tried to reach out and ask what happened and was told ok I will cancel your next appointment. She is very aggressive and definitely not open to any questions. As a side note when I showed up the places was covered in dog hair and smelled of pot. She also stated she couldn't believe that pot isn't legal yet in NH. I keep her cut simple and always like how she looks when done. The time it takes to get her groom is half the time then when I took her into the shop. This is great because she's my service dog. Today they gave my 13 year old short hair a bath & nail trim Monday. My old man wasn't stressed which was wonderful. thank you. I would highly recommend.

The groomer SHAVED my dog's beautiful long hair (she's a Goldendoodle). In some parts, down to the skin. She left my dogs tail long, but shaved the base and some of her tail so it looks ridiculous. The groomer also said that when my dog moved she accidentally cut her, and just snuggling with her today she yelped in pain from me touching her stomach. This is unacceptable from a groomer. Words can not express how awful my pup looks. Not to mention the mats still in her ears!!! Will never be using this service again. Even my neighbor was appalled when she came and saw what they did.

I've brought Cookie here a couple times now. Each time with short or no notice. They are cheerful on the phone and in person, & they take care of Cookie's nails super quick! By the time Cookie realizes she's been "traumatized" by the nail clippers, she's all done & chomping on a treat. I also got fed up bringing my dogs in for an 8:30 appointment and not having them done till after 3:00 pm. The last time was 5:30 pm! I don't want my dogs crated for an entire day!
