Which makes me wonder, are dogs walking through this unsanitary environment & for how long until one of the staff members cleans the space? Or is there another space where all of the dogs could be moved too for the time being until the unsanitary space is cleaned? Also, my confidence level was not too high when it comes to learning whom would be interacting with the dogs. Do they have a background in dog related training, in what environment, for how long? She was fearful and had no social skills. Emma worked with Belle a couple times a week for a few weeks on basic training and commands. Bell is now a well-behaved happy-go-lucky dog. She plays with all sizes and types of dog now. Emma has taken care of our dogs a total of three while we are away. We feel it is important to keep our dogs at home and on the same routine while we are away. Emma sends photos and updates to us. And when we get home Emma provides a report card on each dog. We also have cats on special diets and she takes care of that. Diane emails us while we are away to let us know everyone is fine, and we always look forward to reading Diane's enjoyable care journal when we return home.
