Indiscriminate and plain jane, this is your typical old school body shop. Nothing fancy, no lounge area, but plenty of skilled mechanics with service talent. I highly recommend the shop because they are trustworthy and do excellent work. I discovered them from another service provider who gave accolades for their body repair skills. While this is not their speciality, after picking up my car, we discovered some issues with factory codes. I can't thank Heath enough for troubleshooting the codes and his service on my car. The estimate was pretty spot on, albeit I did have another issue to address to make the repair complete. Pricing is reasonable for definitely the quality work and detail they do. The owner Steve is pretty knowledgeable with a no nonsense approach so you won't get a sales pitch or upselling. Hopefully no other haphazard occurences to frequent them but it's good to know they are around if ever needed. As they say, a broken car is like a broken heart, it takes time and patience to fix it. And you are no mechanic or body shop so bring it in to the guys at Chatfield Auto.
