Went here with some friends for some food and drinks after a game. My first rum and coke, was nearly all coke. I informed them of the lack of rum and nicely asked if they could fix that for my next one. Same probably, tasted all watered down and nearly all coke again. One friend waited 10-15 minutes to get his first beer and another friend had an issue with one of his beers (which they did fix). At least the people we dealt with were friendly and the food was hit and miss. The general tso chicken was really good with a great sauce and the chicken strips were not so good. We wanted to go to a casino. I live near this one. Ive never been. We walk in and first thing a dealer yells "hey you, get out your I.ds now. " then a very friendly slightly heavier set security guard walks up and is very polite. Checks our I.d.s. told us to enjoy, the dealer gave us an extremely evil glare. By far the rudest waitress I've yet to come across. The older blonde lady obviously hates her choice of employment and chooses to take it out on her customers. Went there twice and both times she failed at bringing waters to the table. The second time I literally had to walk up to the bar for a glass of water. Sat for about 30 minutes before she even came by our table. When she finally decided on stopping by our table. She told us that they had orders coming in and that they were busy ,which they were not, took our menus back despite us being ready to order and walked away without taking our order! I work in the service industry and have NEVER had my menus taken away without my order being placed. After that we walked out. So this happened last night. I'm a regular customer who orders takeout usually in the late afternoons/ evenings. Last night we ordered two beef chow fun with extra beef. The total came up to $47.00 tax included. No joke. Two weeks ago when I called in the EXACT same order, my total was around $22.00. The bartender Shar I believe told us the prices went up. I'm thinking like when is there a $6.00 increase overnight? Not only that but the prices didn't reflect the change. She told us that when someone calls to place an order on the phone they need to ask about a price increase "especially with the Asian food". And then proceeded to tell us if someone came in and wasn't able to pay for the food then they would throw it away. I was in disbelief! We did pay her and left a tip. However she guilt tripped us into paying that amount! Not to mention the food had absolutely NO flavor! None whatsoever. We tried to call in another order to see if it would be priced differently and we were told they don't do phone orders anymore and have to come in. I stated we just picked up our phone order... anyways the night just kept getting weirder. I felt that lady manipulated and basically stole from me. It didn't even come with rice! My family meet up there for my sisters bday party. Very small yet cute casino then what I am use to. All table games...no slots. No smoking allowed inside which is nice so you don't smell like stale smoke. The dealers are energetic and very nice. The pit clerks opened up our own blackjack table because they were 8 of us gambling at one table. We ate dinner in the sports bar they have there, very small and cute. Great menu and variety of food, we all ordered different kinds of food which was all really great in general. The service SUCKED though. The waitresses were horrible on customer service, it is a small casino not very busy at all (when we went at least) and there was 8 waitresses. The waitress we had basically dropped off our food and never checked in, we had to go up to the bar to get our drink refills and even then three waitresses would walk by and not be aknowledge. When some of us were done with our meals (myself and my sisters mother in law are slow eaters) she tried taking our plates while we were still clearly eating and didnt offer us boxes or anything. This is a review of the bar / restaurant portion of this establishment as I do not gamble. We came in here on whim to see what it was about and were very impressed with the unique decor and amount of TV's displaying numerous sporting events. The bartender greeted us and ended up being our waitress as well. The low drink prices and large menu filled with Asian and American cuisine were a pleasant surprise. After a few drinks we had some excellent Pho and some good Mac & Cheese. It turns out this is a great place to go if your looking to get a bite and have a drink. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I live in Seattle and I usually go to the Great America Casino in tukwila and the food and service there is always great there so I thought it would be the same in the Everett location but I was wrong! I was in the area with a friend and we decided to stop in for some food when we walked in we walked over to the restaurant area and sat down there was probably six other diners in there we sat and waited for a waitress to come over and help us we waited for five minutes and no one came then we saw two waitresses one behind the bar and one walking to a table just behind us she was helping other customers so I waited to see if she would at least make eye contact with us or even acknowledge us but she just ignored us and walked away after she set the food down for the other table so we waited some more then she came back around handed the same table their drinks and I know she saw us sitting there but once again she didn't bother to acknowledge us at all she gave that table their drinks and walked away not once even caring that we were looking at her and waiting for service. After ten minutes of no one even acknowledging us we got up and left the girl behind the bar just stood there didn't even bother sucky service and not friendly waitresses it wasn't even busy at all. I will never come back to this location and there were also crack head loitering in the parking even tho there is a sign that says no loitering. Worst place ever! This is a cool place inside on the outside not much to look at, but the inside is a whole different world. A tree in the bar area no it is not real but really different. The food is always good and during happy hour drinks are cheep and it is a good drink, If you have any kind of party or football watch party or what ever make sure to notify them before you go. I've been coming here for years, becuase I live close and the happy hour prices on drinks are fantastic. Usually sit at the bar where the staff is always friendly and fairly quickly to serve. Items I would recommend for food, loaded tater tots or garlic beef noodles. The loaded tater tots get you alot of food for a pretty decent price, currently on the happy hour menu. A big plate of tots with onions, bacon, cheese and sour cream. The garlic beef noodles is pretty simple but I always come back for it. A plate of noodles, with a hint of garlic, topped with flank steak. I don't feel I can put justice to this dish with just words. It is so good. TDLR; Good food, great drink prices during happy hour (not sure of hours on m-f, all day Saturday and sunday). Gambling is mostly card tables. read more

Let's start with its a casino I hang out to drink and eat more than I have ever gambled. The drink and happy hour specials are just plain the cheapest in the area. 2.50 regular drinks and 3.00 beers and 5.99 breakfasts. The steak and egg breakfast is an all time favorit,. but they do great pancakes and eggs and frankly make a better omelet than most breakfast places in the area. The burgers are tasty and the pizza is great as well if you like the handstyle. The staff is friendly and great. We always joke and chat. It is awesome for any sporting event and they will willingly change a set for you to watch anything playing. The music can be a little odd at times but the atmosphere is fun and light hearted. Best happy hour in Everett! Cheap food and patron! Monica is by far the best bartender I've seen in a long time. She's fast and efficient with orders, and is amazing to watch her make drinks. Where do I start? Ordered fried green beans from the happy hour menu. Waitress came back said oh we don't have them. Then she came back and said yes we have them. Guess they didn't check the freezer? Okay, no big deal. I ordered a French dip with fries, a side salad with blue cheese and a side of horseradish. Worst French dip ever. Meat was dry, the au jus was oily and no flavor, fries were hot, crispy but no seasoning and no horseradish. The simple garden salad. Okay 3 grape tomatoes, 3 slices of cucumbers on a heaping pile of weeping iceberg lettuce and the dressing. Yes there were chunks in it all you could taste was mayonnaise. After 25 minutes my waitress came back. I handed her my salad which I ate 4 bites. Sorry pure mayonnaise is not appetizing. I pointed out no horseradish, the oil slick on the au jus, and she was like oh well and walked away. Dropped off my check, didn't ask if I wanted more of my drink or anything else. Let me also point out there are 4 other customers at tables. The bartenders are manning the bar. If I wanted a garbage lunch I could have gone through a fast food place. Mind you a garden salad is $2.99, I was charged for a side Caesar which I didn't order. English is not this person's first language but if you are in the customer service or hospitality industry you should listen to your customers and pay attention to what they are asking/ordering. So the only card game I play is 4 card poker. In my experience it has the best odds with the Bad Beat bet. They recently changed from 4 card poker to Crazy 4 Card Poker. Except now, the minimum bet is like 15 bucks if you place on all the spots and 20 if you want to play. I used to get by paying out about 11 bucks a hand and I am a light better. I can honestly say that GAC has lost my business. The Crazy 4 card poker is just another little jab at the players because the House is obviously going to make more money on it by not having the Bad Beat payouts. I won't be coming here again unless Crazy 4 Card poker goes bye bye and the old one comes back. The food is also pretty bad, but its not bad after 2 when you're drunk and in need of some sort of food to stuff in your gut. Actual gamblers should avoid this place in my opinion. read more
