Scot Rubin is professional, prompt, responsive, friendly, genuine, & has excellent customer service!!!! We hired Nitropod for our wedding reception and Scot went above and beyond. He even sent us flavor samples to Oklahoma where I am currently stationed. All 10 flavors were delicious, but we went with salted caramel, chocolate espresso, strawberry/mango sorbet, and cold brew. We had nitrogen ice cream and dragonsbreath, and it left our guests and vendors raving about our wedding for weeks after. I am especially thankful to Scot for working with our nonconventional event space (getting married on a yacht). He came early and set up everything and made my life really easy as a bride. Not only do they make DELICIOUS AMAZING UNIQUE ice cream, they are a pleasure to work with. Scot never asked us to write a review, which makes his reviews more sincere. His company legitimately deserves 5 stars and the whole team is amazing!
