Wanted to shout out the manager Joe and his amazing team, when my girlfriend and I were in for an oil change + tire rotation last November a fastener was cross treaded, keeping the RF tire stuck on, making it so we couldn't get a tire rotation. Another company had quoted us for a $600 repair, so we brought it back to where it happened looking for help, as we are looking for options that don't involve draining our bank accounts. Joe took it upon himself to take a look at the car right as we got in there and told him what happened, and after an hour or so work on the car he had broken off the cross threaded fastener and replaced it, and rotated the tires for us, all free of charge. We are so thankful for this team, as it saves us so much time and money. Thank you, Joe! read more

The crew went above and beyond to change the oil in my motorhome! Great job! I will definitely be back with all my vehicles!

I stopped in to get the fluids and air pressure checked in my suburu. This location is under new management and the whole crew is amazing! Lucky I did stop in because my car has a huge oil leak.....huge shout out to the new crew for helping me out! read more

Been sitting here for 45 mins. Truck is still outside with 3 vehicles. One car sitting inside and nobody's doing anything. You guys better get your shit together. you're gonna lose a lot of customers with your employees the way they're working. read more

i came here about 4 months ago and got my oil changed and they either didn't change my oil at all, or they didn't fill it all the way. my engine seized on the road while i was driving and the cause is no oil- which is funny because i haven't hit 5k miles yet and im using fully synthetic. do NOT ever go here. anyone in the area will tell you their employees effing suck and 9/10 times theyre not doing their job correctly. read more

On November 1, 2024 I stopped by for a simple oil change and with only 1 car in each of 2 bays, I expected the guy to come out to greet me as per standard procedure. I sat there for 10 minutes and 3 employees came and went between the cars being serviced without once looking my way and offering the minimal courtesy of saying something like: "we'll be with you in a minute". Not one of them ever attempted to acknowledge my presence or the lady who pulled in behind me. If you're busy it's completely understandable, and we can return later, but there's no excuse for failing to even acknowledge your customers presence and just leave them sitting there waiting......only glancing at them from time to time. Inexcusable! This was the 2nd time I've had this occur at this location and this location only. The management here apparently doesn't train their employees on the most BASIC form of courtesy. This is the kind of crap that contributes to the GenZ'er reputation of being largely clueless about just about everything! read more

I should have read the reviews before I went here. 2-1/2 hrs to get my oil changed. They are way overpriced and just go ahead and change things without asking. They changed my wipers and air cleaner and didn't tell me or ask me if I wanted that done! read more

I don't know why I see so many negative reviews, I've been coming here for almost 3 years just for oil changes. The quality is always amazing, never have an issue and even me who checks my oil weekly keeps an eye on it, everything seems fine. It may seem pricey but I get discounts from the mail so it's always 50$~ for me. Which considering I work 60+ seems fair to me to spend it: especially since I also drive 500+ a week sometimes. The employees are hilarious and in a good way. I hear them laughing and joking with each other and I think that's important to have anywhere you go. Even if this place doesn't seem all professional, I enjoy coming here and I don't plan to stop any where else for an oil change. Maybe it's because I'm young and don't see things like some people, but I'd come here just for a quick oil change if you need one. read more

Not a fan. Way over priced. We know better to plan ahead and get an appointment at places that not only do a complete check of fluids but also rotate your tires, not charge another $20 for that, on top of being almost double what other places charge for the same service. But we waited too long and needed to get our oil changed. Will be the last time we come here. Allowing employees to smoke in a closed off work space, while working near flammable materials sealed that deal before they drove my car in, I almost left, but my husband's car was already in and will have them change my oil, after I told the guy who drove it in, I prefer no smoking anywhere near my car. It just gets better! My husband's car was in a full 15 mim before mine, yet in less than 10 min mine is done? And we drive off/out at the same time??? Windows are horribly washed and the back one was only half done!!! They left oil on my seat, took pics. Worse service I have experienced anywhere, certainly to date in Firestone, bad. Just really bad read more

When I arrived only to bays were being operated. Bay 1 had a vehicle in the bay and 1 vehicle waiting. There were no other vehicles waiting. Bay 2 had a vehicle exiting and no one waiting. I was motioned by one of the employees to park in front of that bay. My vehicle was understandably moved to accommodate the vehicle already waiting. While I waited, 2 more vehicles that had not been there before were serviced and my vehicle was moved back. When I asked why this was happening, I was lied to and told it didn't happen. This has soured me not only on this Location, It's soured me on the Brand. I will not be returning to Grease Monkey Ever. read more

I just purchased this 2016 mini Cooper from Facebook. Took it to grease monkey to have it checked out, oil and fluid changed. Whin in days I have started receiving extended car warranty flyers. Unqualified mechanics and the worst customer service I've experience in 60 years. Do NOT take your car here for any type of service#

Normally we change our own oil at home and didn't have time so we decided to give this place a try for our last change. My husband has just finished servicing my car and the oil filter that was place on my car was on so tight that it was crushed and took forever to remove. Not impressed to say the least! read more

Horrible customer service. Another customer and myself watched 8am come and go while the staff inside enjoyed coffees. Not until we tried to open the door did they unlock it and let us in. It took them about 10 minutes to "perform" all the services they charged me for. They took my truck outside and just left it. No one came in to check me out or give me a rundown of what they did. Only when I waved someone down from the shop did they come in to check me out and overcharge me for the "services". Horrible. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back. In need of a major change. read more

I've taken my car here on and off throughout the years and it is always something at this place. Most recently, I took my car in for an oil change in July 2021. They were fast, so that was nice. And they offered an early bird discount because I arrived right when they opened. However, they did not go over what they checked and what the result was, so that was annoying. So, I brought my invoice home and was looking it over. They said they didn't vacuum inside the car because "customer remained in vehicle" which was not true. They were just being lazy. In August 2021, I took my car into the dealership for a few things. I get my report back from them, and they tell me there is no air filter in the car. Weird, because I had just paid Grease Monkey back in July to replace both filters. So essentially, Grease Monkey charged me for 2 air filters, and to my knowledge, only one air filter was present in my car. Not sure if the filter present was replaced or if it was the old one. My dealership was nice enough to just put a new filter in, free of charge. I drive over to Grease Monkey after leaving the dealership, in hopes of being able to talk to someone about this nonsense. I talked to a guy working there, he said the manager was not in and who knows when he would be. I explained what happened, and showed him both invoices (dealership and theirs). He said talk to the manager. It's just principle, if you charge a customer for an item, you should actually provide that item. Seems like common sense to me. The employees look like they have been up partying all night, which is fine if they would remember to put an air filter in, or do basic service items like vacuum or review your fluid levels, etc. They don't even rotate tires there. The service is so incredibly poor that after being a customer of Grease Monkey in general for over 10 years, I am finally done with this company all together. I'm not sure if Grease Monkey is aware of this, but there are tons of choices just in Firestone alone, as to where you can get your oil changed. A lot of them being within a 1 mile radius. It's time to try those places out. read more

These guys have always been very friendly and helpful. I don't have much time at lunch to go get anything done, but they are always quick and knowledgeable. I've gotten a free car wash from them when I had to get my headlight replaced, and this last time (8/2/13 around noon) the person that helped me replaced my taillight for free saying that I was so delightful that it was on the house. He even left a wooden rose on my dashboard... SUPER SWEET. Being a woman does have it's perks I guess. ;) Whether or not they usually charge for a taillight bulb I don't know, but they were still awesome! read more

Man, The guy told me I would be out of there by 2 pm. I arrived at 1 left at almost 2:50 pm. The guy repeatedly told me that " we are only 7 minutes behind" with their time guarantee or what ever. I asked him what about the almost other two hours. No answer. He dripped oil into the engine bay which I wiped out with his rag because he wasn't. In top of that they got oil on the hood of my car, on my doors and dripped oil on my bumper. Only the blue haired vape pen girl took any care to not get oily hand prints on my car. So if I could please suggest, please, keep the grease on your monkey and not on my spotless vehicle! read more

Do NOT go to this grease monkey. They performed a simple oil change and managed to rip off my skid plate. I noticed the following day and now am unable to contact someone at this location via phone (always goes to VM) and the manager happens to always be away when I go in person. Extremely dissatisfied. Would never go back. read more

2 stars only because they did service my vehicle for an oil change, however their hours of operation for Sunday say 10-4pm. Unfortunately, it is 3:40pm , I am here attempting to pick up my vehicle, and they have closed and locked up for the day. If you drop your vehicle off, be sure to call and check on it, as they may apparently close before their actual posted business hours. Also to note, that no employee called to notify me or attempt to contact me. read more

BEWARE of work said done but in actuality....NOT Dropped my car off the Firestone Grease Monkey location and picked up an hour later. Yes, they did perform an oil change, but when going over my invoice at the counter I was told my air filter was replaced at a cost I wasn't expecting. There was NO conversation about replacing the filter when I dropped off my car. I know this because I had purchased one myself to install later that day. So they took off the charge, Thank you. When I got home to replace the filter with the one I bought, I discovered they NEVER changed the air filter, to begin with. How do I know, because I always date and list the mileage on the filter when I install it and there it was, in my handwriting the date from the last change. Next step is a phone call to Grease Monkey Intl. to let them know of this mishap. Will I go back? Most likely not. Watch out for work said done when it might not have been read more

Horrendously overpriced. I drive a fleet vehicle, so I don't pay out of pocket for my oil changes, but when I saw the bill for over $120, I was shocked. I can get it done for $49 - AT THE FORD DEALER!!! Wasn't impressed by the staff, either - didn't see anyone there who looked like an upstanding citizen.. read more

Oil change are way overpriced $100 + for a 2015 Toyota Camry, no cabin filter, no air filter, 5 quarts and an oil filter. Will not be back.

My wife took my Jeep to get an oil change at the Firestone Grease Monkey. She explicitly told them not to do anything other than change the oil. Don't clean windows, don't vacuum ... only oil change. Not only did they do the things she explicitly told them NOT to do, but they also rotated my tires, which had recently been rotated at Discount Tire. Not only did they rotate the tires, but they did not include the spare in the tire rotation. My wife refused to pay for the tire rotation. Now I have take it back to Discount Tire to fix the tire rotation. Performing a tire rotation without being asked is dishonest. read more

The front desk guy was not very nice at all. I'll never be coming back! They charged a lot for just an oil change!

Nice and friendly at this location. Gave me a free car wash to clean my under carriage!

The staff have always been more than friendly and helpful. I have never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want to. They are constantly offering me coupons and even free car washes. There was a man in front of me this morning who had previously had some sort of an issue and I watched as they made it right. They forgot to change my brake lights and apologized by giving them to me for free. I have been having them change the oil in two of our vehicles for years now. I've never had a problem. I highly recommend. read more

Waste of time!!! Went in, checked brakes said I needed new pads. Had just started to be a problem. Wanted to sell rotors but then said hey can just do pads - after looking at them. Stranges a ride and took it in next day. They never called back with quote but committed half price on pads if changed oil. I had an independent person look at rotors and they said they were totally smooth and good! As I was walking away they came out and said they won't do work without changing the rotors. The car was still parked, not being looked at. Therefore I left!!! Bait and switch and over priced! This is not first issue I have had with them or their bad car wash. read more

Drive to another Grease Monkey. Save the hassle. Front desk service man is incompetent.

Dropped my car off before work... was quoted 54.99.... when I asked who's college I was paying I was fully serious... said I would be back in a few hours to pick it up.. when I returned was told that I was quoted the wrong price, my heart jumped for joy as I thought it was far too high.. my new price was 84.99.... but they were able to "hook me up" with a coupon so that dropped my price to 79.99.. and threw in a car wash... thank goodness we found that coupon laying around..I would suggest a second job before giving these folks your money...an expensive lesson in I should do it myself...#greasedpockets... read more

The car wash next door is own by the same people. Was getting my truck washed on New Year's day. As I was leaving the car wash my truck slip and went into the bay door. There was over 6 inches of ice built up outside of the door. Spoke to the owner and he basically told me he would not fix my truck even though he knew there was a problem with the ice buildup. Firestone Police was shock the car wash was still open with that much ice. Talk about being negligent and not caring about the safety of his customers not alone poor customer service. Not only will I not do business with this establishment in the future but I wouldn't go to any Grease Monkey franchise if this is the type of service you get when they are responsible for damage. Can't imagine what type of issues they have had working on vehicles at Grease Monkey. Totally unacceptable as an owner. read more

They will destroy your engine with a single oil change. After one oil change, they managed to seize the oil filter and the oil plug requiring me to replace the entire oil pan of my car. They do not care that these things only need to be hand tight and choose to destroy your car by saving 3 seconds using an impact driver to ridiculously overtighten everything they touch. read more

This place is a joke. Took my jeep in for an oil change today. Got home and realized I had left an oil trail for miles. Took it back and was told the oil filter was lose. No compensation was offered. I will be phoning in a formal complaint with the corporate office in the morning. Legal action pending depending on extent of any possible engine damage. Very displeased in this place! I have been burned twice on the oil change here. I specifically told the manager they left oil on the underage last time I was in and it leaked in my driveway. He told me not to worry he would take good care of me. Of coarse same thing happens, this time I get underneath myself to check out what's going on. Sure enough the work was sloppy and oil all over the damn place. This time I call and speak to the manager Steve and he happens to be to same guy I told to make sure it was clean. Anyway took it back and spent my time in there all over again. Then dude acted like it wasn't a oil leak it was a front dif leak, which they also just did the work on. This place is very dishonest they did nothing to correct the situation for the driveway nor did I get a apology. Go else where until new management! Hacks work here read more
