The service took significantly longer than promised, the tire pressure check couldn't be completed because the machine wasn't working, and I later discovered that the wrong oil filter had been installed on my vehicle. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, those are all important parts of the service you're paying for, and using the wrong oil filter is especially concerning. Overall, the employee provided great customer service, but the overall experience did not match what was advertised.

I'll never take my vehicle back to a shop/mechanic who isn't honest. Wife took the 4Runner in recently to get an oil change, after sitting in the bay for over 10 minutes with no work being done, they gave her some excuse about having problems with the skid plate and that theres not being enough screws to mount it. She calls me and I talk to the guy and tell him, "Well you guys did the last oil change so if the screws are missing it's on you". He blames it on employees who don't work there anymore but ensures me there's still 3 of the 5 left so I tell him to mount it. She gets back after home after 45 mins at the place, what happened to 10 minute oil changes? I go out and check the skid plate only to see it's barely hanging on with 1 screw. Check the oil and it's half a quart low. So for an almost $100 oil change, they shorted me on oil half a quart and lose the mounting screws for the skid plate and not once did they offer to fix it. No discount on the oil, no offering to order new screws, nothing, they just BS'd their way through it to get the sale. Ended up having to go to the dealership and order new mounting screws for the skid plate which cost $20 and had to buy a quart of oil to top it off so in all, this oil change cost $135 and some change. After almost 10 years of getting my oil changed at this place I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

They all turned towards me as I was driving up the bay and threw their arms up in the air in disgust that they would have to do some work. I was so annoyed by the reaction that I turned around and drove away. As I was leaving the parking lot, one of them who looked to be around 18-20 years old waved at me. They probably get paid by the hour so me leaving doesn't mean anything to them. But now I know, I'll just go some place else that actually wants to do their job.
