Good food but the rating is related to food allergy safety. They are not gluten free and list many times as gluten free that are prepared and cooked in shared fryers and grills that have gluten and other items. We raised this and still no response. Pretty disappointed, we thought we were safe with the GF symbol by many food items in the menu. But now my wife is seriously sick. My wife has celiac, its not diet and still no response from them. Stay away if you have allergies - they don't take it serious. Not worth the risk, my wife is still dealing with hives and hasn't heard back from our email. Not a good way to operate. This is one of my favorite take out spots. We finally decided to go in person to support them. I honestly feel like it was a mistake. I have never seen staff just completely not bothering with a mask because quote. "Covid isn't real and I don't feel like it". And I felt so uncomfortable. We were appropriately introduced to the menu; although, I was impressed by the nice colored pictures of menu items on the wall board, and the menu items also well-described on the board. Ambience felt fun and lively, but staff needs some help. We arrived to a busy restaurant - Sunday morning at 10:15. There was a long line to order, but there were also 3 seats available at the bar. We sat at the bar and asked the party beside us "were you able to order here at the bar?" They said yes. We waited at least 15 minutes before anybody acknowledged us - we flagged down the bar server and said we would like to see menus and order. She replied "oh it's too busy now to serve you at the bar - I don't have time. You'll have to go back and stand in line." Ok. It was busy. But that's not how you handle the situation. Take the extra 3 minutes and take the order. Then, make an announcement to the entire restaurant about the bar/line situation if that's what you have chosen to do temporarily. I ordered a Korean Bowl. What I received was just bad. It looks like this food was cooked a week ago. All the vegetables are way over cooked there are a total of three tiny pieces of pineapple. Half the chicken is actually just pieces of soggy limp chicken skin. Who ever made this bowl should be fired. This looks like it was just random food from the bottom of the garbage can. When I called to complain some child got on the phone to tell me their Korean bowl has no chicken skin or Brussels so they may well have dug this all out of the trash. read more

This is my second attempt at the Tampa location First experience wasn't good and I reached out to management. The employees need training on allergy awareness since they say they are allergy friendly. They do have gluten free options but workers are not educated . First experience I explained due to ulcerative colitis I'm allergic to gluten and lactose. But my Turkey burger still came with a dairy sauce I didn't see and consumed. I was in bad shape hours later but also seemed like gluten exposure. Nothing was fixed after talking to management. I tried again this past weekend and explained dietary needs. I got the same meal but this time I was told the potatoes are fried and cooked with other foods so exposure is greatly possible. I was not told this the first time and got the potatoes and was down all afternoon in pain, bloat and nausea This time I got just the turkey burger but made it a double on gluten free bun plain. It came as requested but the burger was so dry it was hard to eat and cost $22 with bottle of water and $5 tip. Way too expensive for quality and amount of food . Will not try again read more

We received eggs which were fried at such a high temp that the bottom of the egg formed a layer of brown crispiness. We ate the top part of the egg and left the bottom. The potatoes must have been fried on a non-greasy skillet on a very hot burner because they were also overcooked and dry. The bacon was super thin and had no taste and the turkey sausage was so dry I had a difficult time swallowing it. Location is convenient and so is parking. There's never a wait and plenty of seating. The decor is super funky fresh and the music is cool. I love this place. This little gem of a restaurant has all the variety. You can make so many different combinations of a sandwich or a bowl. They have a refrigerator with really cool drinks, and they carry alcohol which makes it nice in case you're in the mood for a champagne brunch. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well and some unusual items like fresh mushrooms. I always love a place that has pickled onions which I threw on my bowl!
