Each year, we discuss meal options and preferences via email, and Yuko accommodates us with a fresh and delicious menu without fail. Each dish is more incredible than the last. She shows up early to prepare the meal and sets a beautiful table. She cooks while we eat and explains each course. At the end of dinner, she leaves the kitchen spotless, usually cleaner than when she arrived. I can't say enough good things about Yukon and her food, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
