She didn't appear busy or overwhelmed--most of the time, she seemed to be in the kitchen. When she eventually returned, she brought our drinks and, later, our plates, but the plates were dirty and still had food on them. She set them down and walked away without noticing or addressing them. Once our food arrived, it was actually good, which was the one positive part of the experience. However, she never checked on us--not once--to see if we needed anything. At the end of the meal, she brought the card machine so we could pay and then walked away again without returning. We also asked for a to-go box, which never came. We eventually had to go to the bar and ask another staff member for one ourselves before leaving. Overall, the food was fine, but the service was consistently inattentive and frustrating from start to finish. Given that the restaurant wasn't busy, this was disappointing, and I hope they improve their level of service.

I've walked out the door and thrown a full drink in the trash more times than I can count on two hands. My wife says it's about 50/50 for her. I can also say other than one location at Boulevard Park I can walk in and order instantly at any of the other locations--either never a line or one person finishing up with their order. Not at other brands. Either baristas are not trained well to follow recipes or the recipes are junk. Well, even black coffee tastes bitter. Perhaps it's old. Three different types of drinks at dozens of locations and only 1 or 2 taste drinkable. Done. Not coming back to waste any more money.
