My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Davis and his wife, Stacy Davis (Nurse Practitioner) for at least 3 years. Dr. Davis was also my husbands pediatrician.
Although we do not see Dr. Davis nearly as often, all of our interactions with him have been pleasant. We live an alternative lifestyle, to say the least, while Dr. Davis may not agree with our lifestyle he has always treated us with respect. He has been wonderful to my family. He smiles and jokes with us. He has never been condescending.
Stacy, is one of the most incredible individuals I've ever had the pleasure to meet in the medical field. She never makes me feel like she needs to run me out the door. She has been supportive and understanding. She treats me with respect and is always smiling. She makes me feel like family when I'm in the office. She was the one who told me I was pregnant. She walked in with the results with watery eyes and said, "Congratulations, Mama!!"
Every time we have visited the office with our daughter, they always want hold her and if I need to run to the restroom, the amazing staff love watching her. Stacy and John have even joked about babysitting. One day I might call their bluff.
All that being said, it is saddening to read that others have had such negative experiences. The ONLY con for me is time in the waiting room. Even then, I know that it's worth the wait because they don't treat their patients like an assembly line. In my experience, they provide exceptional care.
For all those in need of a nurse practitioner, Stacy Davis is phenomenal. read more
